Take it easy with stress it affects stomach! Trust me i found out hard way. Goat cheese, alkalized water, rebound excersise ,dark chocolate with real cacao no sugar no soy , also no gluten and no sugar all those things have helped me a ton!!! Im no ecpert just sharing what fixed me

Glad You and Baby are doing well. Tip to ease Breathing: Get some Alcanfor (Camphor) from the pharmacy and use like a 1/4 of the tablet in a pot with water and let it simmer. I do this for my asthmatic mom on windy and dusty days, humidity settles the dust inside and the Camphor eases the Breathing,she hardly ever needs her inhaler. Greetings from Texas 🇺🇸
