I wish I would of bought one at the introductory price of $30+shipping. Now they are $54.99 + $15.99 shipping. I'm not sure it's worth $71. It's still very cool.
$30 was the pre-order price, it never was regularly $30 and the reviewer shouldn't have made it sound like it cost $30. And yeah, Wyze shipping is ridiculously over priced!

I just received it and set it up. It has this "retro projector" adapter. I tried that and that was a big fail! The lamp itself is good for the price.
is this just good for overhead lighting or it will light up an entire room?

I like this lamp because it lights up my project on my lap. Does not bother other people watching TV in the room. Also - what is wrong with just pushing a button to turn on/off a lamp? Very simple.
Can this lamp be controlled with a Wyze shortcut from main Wyze app, or does it have to go into a smart plug? I sincerely hope the former because, if you’re already a Wyze user, and can’t do this simple yet important function , and on top of that have to use with a new app, then this is very un-Wyze.
Wyze app (bluetooth instead of wifi) and/or puck remote with on/off and dimmer.
I have this lamp, cool but def not what I wanted. color, not my type, and no wifi ouch. more for someone who shares space and wants a light for a very small area. guess I did not look far enough into this one

@@raahulpooran and don't even start with all the permissions they slip in there. I mean, some products don't have an massive customer base or following to cause an outrage so the devs just continue with it
And just like that, a year later that $30 lamp is now $64.😗
