@@lebac xarbarian was different tbf it was a challenge and it only really happened because people kept pressuring him to take handouts and he didn't want to spoil it on his fully natty character so he dreamt up a challenge for it
Xar, you are supposed to stand further back on the ledge, and not so close to the pillar where Hydrospawn turns around when you jump into the water. If you stand close to the pillar, then he can hit you when he's turning around, but if you move back a couple of feet, then he will still turn at the pillar but not be in range to hit you.
That chatter totally knew how to pull xars string when he said " I forgot xar ISNT a classic andy" xar was so offended

it's called attune
Just a heads up, I'm a total WoW noob, but you can see at the top of the window it says the name "Attune"
I just googled attunement addon wow and it showed right up

Xaryu is my guy! I love how everybody blamed blizzard for incursions cause it made people level fast all in one place. They made incursions dailies so what does everybody do? They rush to 60 by spamming dungeons. They min max and rush everything then blame blizzard for running out of content lol biggest problem with the game nowadays is the community. They only want people with 99 logs and bis gear. I’ve an easier time doing M+ on retail than this easy content in SOD which is laughable.

Nothing lame about it, he wants to play in a way where he earns his gear and upgrades.
I did the same thing in Diablo 2 few years back. Was having a blast grinding out small upgrades... finally decided to use an external trade site to sell some of the stuff I'd found and buy myself some better gear to juice up. As soon as I was geared up.... I logged off an hour later and ended up quitting. Taking the easy path gives you some short term dopamine, but it really ruins the fun in the long term, especially in a game like WoW that many people have played and geared characters dozens of times before. The grind is the game
