This is an amazing video. I just purchased my first gravel bike this week and I'm hitting the KVR from Kelowna to Penticton this Saturday for my first real taste of gravel riding. I am beyond stoked to get into this sport and hopefully help it grow in B.C. Canada
Well you certainly showed riding on logging roads at it's most ideal. Quite a different story on an active logging road mid summer when the dust hangs in the air for a half hour after you've had to pull off on the shoulder to let a logging truck pass.
Chris, this is unreal. The shot at 3:54 is so magnificent I want it as a wall-sized oil painting. So stoked you're out here getting people fired up on Gravel. I'll never forget seeing your brutal early spring Adams Lake bikepacking trip on your road bike... you've come full circle! Love it.
Il gravel è quello che il ciclista ha sempre desiderato, quello che il ciclista su strada desidera, senza saperlo. Il gravel è la dimensione naturale del ciclista.
I lived and rode in Squamish about 8-10 years again and rode logging roads on my CX bike. It's not pleasant or safe to share those roads with logging trucks. Is there a resource, app, website or something that riders can use to know which are inactive logging rodas or the hours that they are in use for that purpose?
You speak of this network of roads being intended for logging in the past, while the reality is that the bulk of the roads that you go on are intended for current logging.
I recognized that B200 and Chance creek FSR ..... I hope this is film-editing illusion thing.... because the speed you go through those are too dangerous. I mean, everyone sees adventure with different tolerance level of danger, but please be more cautious.
Yall should get a device that connects to your bike that lets you make love to it, that's all that's missing from this romanticized video.. yall always try to glamorize this. "What is gravel to me" like it's trying to dissect some great secret of the universe. These type of videos go on a loop talking about nothing and they use the biggest vocabulary to do it.. wtf💀
Very polished. Thx man! Great job.
Great video. What’s the olive green bar bag your running please.

I want to go gravel riding in BC as well... are there any groups in Chilliwack?
Thank you so much for supporting this project ❤️
Awesome vid :D I'm just researching into getting my first Gravel bike and trying to find places to ride in the lower mainland.
Heading to BC Summer 2024 to gravel tour east to west. Every time I look at a map I find a new route option.

Enjoyed the video. What shorts are you wearing on the bike?
Amazing work, love the gravel riding here in BC and riding with Chris!

1:13 So how do we cure you of your gravel addiction. 🤣
Great!
A good place for the UCI world gravel championship
the correct number of bikes you should have in your quiver is N+1

Hope that guy learns to ride a straight line some day. Especially in a group ride.
