I really wish they’d find a good treatment/cure for steatocystoma. It is an inherited skin condition and the people complaining she’s not “getting the sac out” need to do a bit of research. With this disorder, the cysts are not filled with old skin cells, they are filled with sebum, which is why they are located more underneath the skin, because the cysts begin in the sebaceous gland. They are pretty painful, too. There have been medications that can temporarily shrink the cysts, but hopefully we’ll do better in the years to come.
Agree with everything, except the "pretty painful" part, because they really aren't. You can have them for years and only bother you because they're this weird bumps on parts of the body that shouldn't have bumps.

These people are frauds and making money off these unknowing individuals who probably go right back to them to have them drained every time they fill back up because the sac is not removed. Someone should sue these people.
Removing the sac is very painful. My Mother has this problem, and after removing the sacs she suffered two days a nameless pain. That is the reason she only had those damn cysts away once. It's a genetic condition and the cysts don't stop growing and reproducing

Yes but according to Dr. Pimple Popper the sack needs to be removed from the or they will come right back. So, this will only be a temporary fix for them.
The sack being removed is only a temporary fix. This particular skin condition is one where the person constantly grows these. Not to mention the sack for these is already dissolved in the skin and no longer exists.

To everyone complaining about the sacs: Would you rather have this removed every now n then with a tiny nick of the skin. Or go through the removal just to have giant scars and STILL HAVE A POSSIBILITY of having these come back?
Not a possibility. They will come back - FACT. This is steatocystoma multiplex, a rare, lifelong, and incurable genetic condition. Even if she went through with all the incision to get the sacs out, it will come back. So having bigger incisions to get rid of the sac and deal with bigger scars is pointless. And you can tell the patient is already used to this.
Giant scars? No, very minimal scarring and without removing the sack they WILL come back, and having been fiddled with in a non sterile procedure the likelihood of them becoming abscesses dramatically goes up. This isn’t acne of any form, the person temporarily removing the sack contents is not a physician.

@@lauragregorius6578 actually, from what i've seen in the comments, attempting to remove the sac doesnt guarantee that the cyst and things won't come back, and the sac being emptied actually would feel very relieving the reply to your comment said smth about numbing, im not sure if she did that, but even so it wouldn't hurt as badly as removing the sac without numbing removing the sac completely (or attempting to at least) doesn't fully guarantee that the cyst won't return (plus the client has a disease or something so any way these would keep popping up) anyway, removing the sac would cause massive scarring as well (along with the fact that the cysts could return), so this is actually a lot more helpful and less painful on the body and the client also, this is all just what i've learned from the comments and what i've learned from watching all these videos, so by all means my word is not certified truth, so yeah

I have to admit I like the way they remove Steatocystomas over the trauma Dr. Lee leaves. Do we know for a fact they come back? Even if they do, I'd rather have this little nick in the skin. Also, does it seem like there are a lot of them in Asia? They seem to be considered regular acne.
I agree with you. We all know really the sac should be removed but watching Dr Lees sac removal, especially on the patient's skin which is visible, eg upper chest, face, forehead, the resulting trauma and scar she leaves, in my opinion removing the sac isn't worth it. I'd rather have a clean nick in the skin every year or so (if it takes that long to fill up?) than have a scar 5x larger than the simple nick this lady does.
If you see someone who has had them done like this and they come back, needing to be done again, it leaves ugly scar tissue and discoloration. Better to have it done right the first time.
What she is doing is only part of the process…there’s a sac under the skin , and if the sac is not removed, the sac will refill with more buttery stuff!
Steatocystoma's sacks don't need to be removed. Of course it is always better to remove them but it's not necessary. Their sacs can sometimes be absorbed by body.

@@kimberlymimbs2342 No, they won't Kimberly. You might want to google "steatocystoma". They are weird little semi-cysts where the cyst walls are so thin they just get absorbed by the body. Lots of interesting facts to read about.

I love it lol

They're called steatocystomas
That or eruptive villus hair cysts (probably spelt so wrong.) Quite a few of them have hairs in them
Found out these are steatocystomas. That's why they look like butter. They are formed in the sebaceous glands and filled with sebum. Sebum is an oily substance that lubricates the human hair and skin which is made up of oils and waxes. Pretty cool!
And apparently painful when they are full. It's genetic and comes back frequently.
you can hear the pops close up on the big ones 😩. that’s what makes it more satisfying

Doing the Lord’s work 🙏
Watching this was way more satisfying than watching dr Lee dig at momma squishys butt for hours trying to get the sac out
😆😆😆
I’m amazed at how they’re coming out attached to the incision instrument. Never saw that happen in Momma Squishy. Or am I wrong.
But at least dr lee was getting the sac
tattooedbeauty62 carrera . Maybe the woman doesn’t want the surgery to get the sacs out. Maybe she just visits the spa now and again.
You should watch josefa reina she is much better technically to watch.
Can't believe how much comes out! Great video! What causes this?
This is steatocystoma multiplex. It is a genetic disorder.
Each one is like *pop*WEEEEeeeeeee and I love it allllllll

It's the roller coaster of cyst popping.

I get these sorts of things on my ears. They are as satisfying to pop as you’d think they are.
I'm jealous. My PHILIIPINA wife had about 20 of these on her butt. Ethereal.
This is the first one I've seen where this procedure actually looks helpful lol
It's not! This is a condition called steatocystoma and there is a sac in each one of you don't get the sac the cysts come back
@@lauragregorius6578 I was just about to say the same thing. As satisfying as it is to watch, they’re definitely not doing them any favors. Not removing that damn sack means they’ll come right back. It’s sad they’re going through all the pain of having their skin pierced with a scalpel with no numbing. It breaks my heart. 😔
@@lauragregorius6578 actually, from what i've seen in the comments, attempting to remove the sac doesnt guarantee that the cyst and things won't come back, and the sac being emptied actually would feel very relieving
the reply to your comment said smth about numbing, im not sure if she did that, but even so it wouldn't hurt as badly as removing the sac without numbing
removing the sac completely (or attempting to at least) doesn't fully guarantee that the cyst won't return (plus the client has a disease or something so any way these would keep popping up)
anyway, removing the sac would cause massive scarring as well (along with the fact that the cysts could return), so this is actually a lot more helpful and less painful on the body and the client
also, this is all just what i've learned from the comments and what i've learned from watching all these videos, so by all means my word is not certified truth, so yeah

This was satisfying. I could actually hear the pop of each one burst. I hadn’t ever noticed that before.
I thought I was the only one that heard the pop of each one.
You're actually just hearing the sound of the scalpel go through the skin.
Imagine the pressure these put on the underlying tissues.
From what I am learning they are painful, I have had some clogs that hurt when popped...
I would just do this myself at home.

What she is popping are called steatocystomas, they real. Sebaceous cysts. They are very sif and the contents is very oily and can be yellowish in colour like butter or completely liquified
I wondered why they were yellow and cheesy like
The fact that you can hear a faint little “pop” when they stick the blade in is so incredibly satisfying. 😏
Is this a disease or is it normal for the body to create egg noodles from ones inner body 😆😑😯? seriously
All I could hear was a guy in the background crying 😏
And you can tell when the blade has hit its mark too.
I want that blade, just in case my acne is back
So satisfying 😩👌🏽

I love these ooooey goooey things so much, and she's so good at removing them.
These are my absolute favorite kind of acne. It’s a legit cyst. Steatosystoma (sp) oil and hair stick in a pore and creates a cyst no pus stink or anything like that cuz it’s not infected but they look like different stages of butter lol oily solid mushy and in between. But they’re always butter looking. They have sacs as well that need to be removed sometimes but they’re the coolest when getting Popped. lol I love it I wish they’re were more of those videos on pimples and boils and cyst
No fr the way dr lee removes them are unpleasant And anticlimactic
I agree with you. We all know really the sac should be removed but watching Dr Lees sac removal, especially on the patient's skin which is visible, eg upper chest, face, forehead, the resulting trauma and scar she leaves, in my opinion removing the sac isn't worth it. I'd rather have a clean nick in the skin every year or so (if it takes that long to fill up?) than have a scar 5x larger than the simple nick this lady does.
I love Dr Sandrw Lee but I agree. I'd do th3 same if it l was me.
If you see someone who has had them done like this and they come back, needing to be done again, it leaves ugly scar tissue and discoloration. Better to have it done right the first time.
Yes they will fill back up again that is why the pimple popper goes after the sack under the skin.

I'm impressed with her patience. She made sure to fully empty almost every one of these fascinating butter bombs!

That looked like a good pound of Grade-A steatocystoma butter!
(The sacs were left in so next year they can harvest another pound.)
That's what I was thinking.. They're leaving the sack!
Steatocystoma's sacks don't need to be removed. Of course it is always better to remove them but it's not necessary. Their sacs can sometimes be absorbed by body.
That's how u keep ur clients 😉
@Abbiii Ballinas you have to open the incision a little wider and excise/scrape it out. Lil snips.
