Exactly. We will "stumble" on our favored niche through experience. I out stumble in brackets, as obviously we can start with 4-5 in mind. And you're right that GHL services are better for higher volume niches. It doesn't have to be super high, but enough to have them use it all.

simple: use videos! Make it personal, and as if speaking directly, human to human, to the viewer, who is alone in front of his cell/computer. Not stock and corporate stiff stuff.

Hey Pavel, Ive been wanting to do a DBR for a roofing client but in roofing most customers aren’t repeat customers, they don’t need a new roof a year or two later. My guy gets lots of referrals but not repeat customers. What worked well for you in the DBR you explained in the video?
Yeah it's true people don't need to have a new roof every year however it can be repairing roof?
