There are very few reviews of the Chimera, so thank you for the comprehensive review from an actual owner’s perspective. Review videos from the likes of Rushfaster just shill the bags without showing any cons like what you did by demonstrating how a user would actually get stuff out of & back into the bag while wearing it. Thanks again!
@@RonnieRides203 Just tried, although the top access pocket dimension is about the same as the CAP1L but because of the tighter opening, I can't get the CAP1L into the pocket.
Great review and greetings from Malaysia! Waiting for this bag to arrive at my doorstep anytime now! Other than that, what other carryology collabs have you had in the past? Cheers!
@@NlesCtrl thanks for the wishes! Yeah genuinely stoked to see reviews coming from Msia..nice collection u have there and I also got the evergoods phoenix some time ago..looking forward to your next reviews! Stay safe and happy holidays!
Bellroy always has useless water bottles and side sleeves, its a brand statement at this point lul. Thanks for the review, u went over everything I wanted. Keep up the awesome work
Yeh, had the same restrictive w/b pockets on the original Transit, also the fact that you can't access them easily when the bag to lying down on a table kind of killed it for me.
How does the back panel perform in our tropical weather? Thinking of getting the apex or the future venture pack by Bellroy in the near future.. Since they will have the same back panel.
I haven't find time to use it thoroughly yet. Planning to go for a hike with it and see how well it performs. In our weather, the less surface attached to our body the better 😅
@@NlesCtrl Yeah. Thought so.. My osprey tropos work wonders. But the lining inside that they use screaming cheap. Always drool over Bellroy interior lining.
@@NlesCtrl Just take measure of strap excess of two of my backpacks. Bellory Transit Plus is 18 inches. Goruck GR1 (regualr 1000D) is 15 inches. This bag strap excess only 11 inches ?!
@@markkrell7845 there's not a standard in how to measure the excess strap. I tighten the strap all the way and the remaining strap is 11". My A19 evade measures at 21".

Hi, thanks for watching. I think there will be more review coming up, and probably more on the new venture backpack.
Looking forward for your Venture backpack review!
Let me try to get my hands on one!
Love the review!!! This video is exactly what I needed.
Glad to hear you find it useful! Have a nice day.
@@NlesCtrl quick question. Does CAP1 fit inside the quick access pocket? Thank you!

Hi! Feels great to hear from carry fam in Malaysia, Selamat Hari Raya!
I had the Aer Tokai Sling and A19 Stealth Cobra.

Now I know lolz, guess I'll be getting a slim memobottle soon. Thanks for the compliment!

@@MrJed_s Never thought of that, now u mentioned it. I do have to lift the bag up to take out the bottle.
Would it be able to fit your MacBook and instead of your windows surface pro could it fit an iPad Pro 12.9”??
Hi, it can fit my 15" rMBP fine, from the measurements should be able to fit 12.9" iPad pro but I can't be sure because I don't own one.
Great review~ I wanna ask whether I can put a bottle of Hydro Flask which is 24oz trail series into the bottle pocket. Thank you.
Hi, the one in the video is a Hydroflask 32oz trail series. Surely can fit a 24oz 😉

thank you for doing this review. it shows a few deal breakers mostly quality of design problem.
Yea, I think it's a bag for minimal carry. Mostly commute to work.

sorry but it is the worst looking Bellory bag. The mute/dull texture apparence is not Bellroy IMHO.
Well looks can be very subjective, each to their own. I prefer to have various bags to suit different occasions.
sounds like someone is salty they didnt get one
@@kaymatthew6812 Awww, you're being harsh. I'm not huge fan of bellroy, so it doesn't matter it doesn't look like bellroy.

Sound like but not true. I really find it very ugly.
Nlesh.ow outstanding , 👍
