    I wish I also had the time to take care of my car. I am so busy for college. I have the whole day from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm in school and an hour of commute. This dude is passionate. His parent/s bought him a car and he takes care of it just as if he bought it himself. I salute you, bro! I hope you receive more blessings!

    i did this on my Rb25, did it all up turned on the engine and oil spewed off the side, i guess i didn't tighten it all that good, undid everything tightened them bolts again and no oil squirting out. Drove a couple days with oil burning off the side of my exhaust manifold. Really should use a torque wrench when doing this.

    Young, He's a student 'that loves to drift'
    Been through money hustle through his driving times.. Pushed through cause of his talent, I've been a sub of his for almost a year now :) since his Live For Speed videos :P He's truly one of the most creative drifters. And he does everything himself.

    This video makes a front facing manifold look much more promising on the rb25.

      This is what I was looking for. Thanks. Is this from the repair manual?

    Lol funny story, I didn't have a hotpipe so I cut my old sr one and blocked of the greddy one. Rb's tend to run weird with aftermarket bov's without a tune.

    thats cuz the stock one recirculates. which is technically already better than an atmospheric blow off. this way the ecu knows when to stop delivering fuel

    so there's an order of which the bolts should be tightened, just gotta hope she doesn't leak. Did you also use gasket glue on the half moon things?

  • @valera12345
    @valera12345  11 років тому

    Well I do plan on doing something about that manifold, ISIS has pretty good manifolds for the RB. As far as turbo I am not sure yet, kinda low on funds :/ But I would like to do a top mount of some sort :D

    I know, but I didn't have the paint. I will soon probably.

    Wrong order for removal and mounting on screws. The screws must still be tightened to the torque if they want the seal not to leak.

    Engine looks super clean inside. Your old SR did not look anything like that lol.
    Also, you need power tools. Unbolting 35 10mm bolts by hand sucks. Also should have painted dem valve covers purple yo.

    I have an RB25 series 2 aswell. I wanted to know if you had any plans as far as turbo upgrades or changing that ugly intake manifold haha. I am too indecisive when it comes to what upgrades I want, Figured you might enlighten me with your goals. I would love to drift my RB also.

    Your motor is an NEO like mine, did you use regular rb25 vavle cover gaskets? I've heard on forums the NEO uses different ones but i tried on my regular 25 ones and they seem to fit well.

      Dash Speed believe it or not, that is a Stanley brand 3/8'' telescoping flex head with lockout. I have one sitting in my 3/8 drawer right now. Best $17 I ever spent, they are a hell of a deal and I have had mine for a few years now. Part number is 7-85-782 but it seems they discontinued them
