    when i tested the racquet for me it was unique because it was the racquet i enjoyed the most to play with.the problem was it is a bit heavy for my shoulder and sometimes u miss because lack of spin.i am looking to find one to tested it more.

    • @dandan.tennis
      @dandan.tennis  Місяць тому +1

      @@agradina i totally understand what you are saying. It is such a cool, unique racquet. It fills the gap between a blade and speed pro for me. And I have the same , coming from a heavier, more headlight racquet as my main it is quite challenging to shift. I figured out it plays best in stock form for me and I tried all the possible setups 😅 but im not sure that i want to play it with such balance point. Adding weight to the handle made the frame feel a bit disconnected and less stable. At least in my case. Tecnifibre are maybe not the best when it comes to quality control however most of the time I was lucky with the specs. TF40 315 are often a bit under and tfight 305 and Iga tempo are a bit above the listed specs (but pretty much within 3 grams)

    Hey mate, you are doing some great reviews, keep it up :)

    I liked this racket during rallies, but it was slow through the air on serves which led to a lot of doublefaults. I added leather grip and 10 grams of led to the handle which made it way more headlight and now it's my go to racket. I use it with Solinco Confidential 1.20mm at 22kg mains 23kg crosses. Now it seems to tick all the boxes - good control, good feel, good stability, ok maneuvrability.

    • @dandan.tennis
      @dandan.tennis  4 місяці тому +1

      Extreme moves. I tried everything with my tfight and the more mass I added to the handle the less stable it felt while still feeling pretty much heavy. So I think I like it the most in stock form to at least keep the static weight as low as possible OR…Just with leather grip. If you want something faster and easier to play with maybe Percept 100D or Prestige MP could be your next stop :) i like those racquets as well !

    • @vovaantakalnis
      @vovaantakalnis 4 місяці тому +1

      @@dandan.tennis interesting suggestion. Regarding Prestige MP strung balance is 3pts HL, so I am afraid it will also be pretty slow through the air on my serve. I had my eyes on Percept 100D, a lot of people are mentioning that racket, I think MTHQ is using it for his return to Pro Tour. However with 318 swingweight and 23mm beam thickness and 100sq inch head I am afraid it will be a bit unstable on harder returns and slower through the air on one handed backhand. One of my favorite rackets was and still is Wilson PS Tour 90, but with 90 head size it's a bit too unforgiving. That's why Tecnifibre with a lot of weight in the handle seems to work for me. But I also ordered Prestige Pro 2021 to try.

      @dandan.tennis  4 місяці тому

      @@vovaantakalnis oh definitely one handers have a hard time finding racquet. I didnt experience any stability issues with 100d (review is somewhere in the pipeline) however i dont see a one hander using it to be honest. Prestige MP is easier to use than the tfight 305. Entry point is similar to something like a Speed Pro

    I'm testing this one the next few days. My TF40s are great, but they need some weight to really make them solid and stable. I bumped them to 340 g / 337 SW and it feels good, but it's a lot of mass to maneuver. I hope this one feels more solid with less static weight... ,)

      @dandan.tennis  4 місяці тому

      Its exactly that :) you will like it. Just different swing style and feel in hands. I love TF40 for its feel and swing style. But Ye, i also added a lot of mass to the TF40 to the point where its Maybe not worth it. The margin is very tight! :)

      @@dandan.tennis TFIGHT Iso 305 is a very good frame, but it lacks spin potential and some maneuverability. I have tested it against a Pure Aero 98 and I was overhitting a lot while with the PA98 my shots were landing in most of the time... the 16x20 is far superior for both flattening out shots and spinning the ball... 18x19 play more like 18x20, haven't felt a huge difference!

    I played a lot with all this frames..my biggest concern with this raquets was that i was not connected with the ball i played with a 305 tf40 iga etc.. the best feeling gave me the x1 300 i liked it very much but it was not really a control raquet..

      Sounds like vcore line could be your thing. Maybe Boom Pro.. they are more launchy in theory but closed in a more control oriented design (98”) . Iga is nice for this as well but the stiffness is a hit or miss for many

    Why not the TF 315?

    • @dandan.tennis
      @dandan.tennis  4 місяці тому +1

      TF 315 is imo too low powered to be considered "grinder's" racquet. It's an ultimate control stick - gives option to grind out the opponents but it costs a bit too much energy. However with TF40 315 you can be more precise and be more aggresive with lower chances of missing long. Confidence booster which all grinders appreciate as well :)
