Some relationships are better over then practice love in them😂. But then that is self love. I will raise myself and invite all to meet me there but not go down in the name of love❤ love is knowing how to listen to everything and self. Oneness is knowing the dark is one with light, thanking anything dark seen in order to choose light. For me t least😊

Thats WHY Im not working. I had no family and friends are few…. Love has been very sparse in my life but I still gave and did/do all that I could. I truly do ALL I can to be with Mother/Father God. Sometimes Its so difficult when I have no like minded people around or in my life…. Please help a child of the 60’s how to love always and not to be used anymore. …… 💛🕯⚡️✨

If all you have is yourself than start there. Learn to love yourself first and really focus on that before getting into anything like becoming one with everything. I hope that helps!
@wiiwendy Child of the 70’s here… I relate to your last comment. The dissonance between myself and my husband has been growing louder and louder lately. Starting over is definitely out of my comfort zone, so I just try to surrender to what is for my highest good. It’s hard when we have no friends we can relate to on this path, especially at our age, making new friends at 48 is hard enough as it is. I don’t even know where to start to find souls I can relate to after awakening. Much love to you. 💜

I look forward to your teaching every morning! I grew up in the Assembly of God Church, I always question what I was being taught. I stopped going to Church, and even studied with jehovah witnesses and that didn’t resonate with me either. I stopped going to church altogether. 1.5 years ago I had Multiple strokes at 1 time and almost died. I’m still recovering! I was paralyzed on my right side and I almost back to normal. I’m back to learn about Jesus and the truth about his life! Thank you for what you do!

❤❤❤ yes!!!!!!! It IS all in the practice of giving and receiving. Notice the taking, the discomfort and angst when you feel lonely, mistreated, shame, anger. Notice, then switch it - give what you perceive is lacking. Do it over and over and over again.... the fear of losing something diminishes, it disappears and all that remains is Love. ❤ it takes practice, Its not easy because those perceptions can be very deep. Keep with it, keep practicing , do it every single time you notice that yucky feeling. ❤

You’re right Aaron, the biggest problem is maintaining onenesses for me. I would have these intense bursts of onenesses, that would last for minutes to days.
I remember taking a Uber at night to my hotel and the elderly driver was driving insanely slow. I was tired, cranky, and frustrated with the driver. I remember staring him down and being annoyed. I started thinking about his age, I thought how his body didn’t have long for the world and he wasn’t going to be with us for long in this reality .
This loving awareness washed over me, I had such tender love for that stranger at that moment. I just wanted to hug him right there and then. Just thinking about those moments of loving awareness brings me closer to onenesses. I know this sounds weird, but thinking about death in this time/space reality helps brings me to oneness too.

Back in march 2021 I was in a mind made hell which caused everything externally in life to fall apart. At that point things got to a point I was in a stand off with some sheriffs and I put 9mm to my temple and pulled the trigger. Now there is a bullet with a hammer mark on its primer, the gun didn’t go off. 🙏 Thanks to Aaron and many more people and life changes every day is beautiful. I can’t remember last time I had a so called bad day, things just go easily now. The time that past from march 2021 till now was not easy, there was much pain and suffering but it was all worth it. Life is very profound. Thank you again Aaron.

when I was a little girl, I grew up at the time when Vatican two was newly passed so the people teaching me had only known Vatican one, and the nuns at school taught us a little ones a beautiful song, “we are one in the spirit. We are one in the Lord and I pray that all unity will one day be restored, and they will know we are Christians by our love.
I still sing that song today because it reminds me that we are all many of us have forgotten. We just don’t remember that but when we remember, there is great joy.

Aaron - I applaud every word, especially advising Bhakti at the end. I landed where you did...focusing on Bhakti after bingeing on Oneness. Swami Sarvapriyananda, head of Advaita Vedanta Society, woke me up in that regard in his Bhakti videos. He has a 2 min sweet clip "you're lucky if you have this" on bhakti.

I actually just realised... you just explained further and in more detail the practice of exercise one from session 10 of the Ra material - "the moment contains love". I recall how profound I found that message to be when I first read it. But looking back I was doing exactly what you explained. Having that moment that more so centered around having acquired that message and realising with my ego mind that it is meaningful and wanting to keep it for myself. So I forgot it. I embraced it for only a short period of time and I see now I was mistaken in that my focus was trying to perceive love in the moment as something happening to me, being there for me. This conversation helped me understand rather that "the moment contains love" means being the one putting the love in the moment. Giving love. You are spot on. Thank you Master.

Many Christians say they love everyone but deep down you know it to be inauthentic. You can't just tell people to loving. Love is revealed by removing your darkness and then people from all walks of life (not just the new age comminity) gravitate to you.

Brilliant. Thank you Aaron. No need to get more and more information which is the ego trap we as spiritual seekers tend to fall into. The practice of making all relationships loving is the proof of the pudding. I love this and will continue to practice awareness of sadness, anger and fear that arises within me to help me remember in that moment that the only adjustment needed is willingness followed by action to GIVE and to radiate LOVE in the relationship.
