I often see people who are saying "eff" cancer and if I decide to comment at all I will often say we already know how to hate cancer...let's try loving it... no one ever agrees so I know this is a hard concept for us as humans to understand but I have really come into this awareness the just few years that all just is and everything is as it should be❤
The same concept for me is loving the passing into the next realm or 'death'. We hate it and mourn but what if we embraced the experience? Of course a cancer death is awful, not minimizing that at all- my mama died from cancer.

I dont mean to downplay your experience by any means or "well actually" your comment. I'm just sharing what's helped me process the deaths of my loved ones. I mean aside from sobbing, and feeling those very real feelings of coure.
There was a lady named Jane Roberts in the 60s or 70s that channeled an entity named Seth (not the Egyptian God). Seth explained through her at one point that nobody dies without their permssion. On a grander scale than we came possibly grasp in our current state of density, there is no gone too soon or before their time. It is perfect timing. Not just for those that crossed over but for those that are left behind. There is no "Well in a perfect world..." It is perfect
We can't see it now but at once point it will be clear as crystal just how perfect it really is. It's beautiful too.

I was really with all this stuff and then I had a psychotic break that took me months to recover from. Now I'm just burned out. I feel like I can't get myself started again. I have no energy for anything- physical, mental, or spiritual. Too much inertia. I feel like I'm getting towards the end of my rope. Send some prayers my way please 🙏
Hi, did something trigger your psychotic break. I will tell you a little if my story And it may help. 10 years ago, I was right into spiritual teachings and manifestation and “do what you love” etc. so I left a corporate job I was in but I obviously had a while heap of fear still in my lower chakras as I didn’t cope and ended up suicidally depressed in hospital for some weeks.
So, fast fwd 10 years, and back right into my spiritual stuff but this time, I’m very gently titrating that higher energy into my lower chakras. I’d like to leave my job again but I’m respectful of the fear in my cells and just slowly trying to transmute those so that if I do leave my job, my nervous system will have the capacity to handle it.

I was pushing myself way to hard and trying to figure everything out, making and seeing connections where there really were none. I've been doing a little better since my first comment, but I'm still just drifting, basically. I do what little I can to spread love in the world every day and keep on trekking. This is so true! The most amazing thing I recently realized with my 2 daughters (12yrs & 9yrs old) is exactly that! A reflection of myself. Not just , oh they take after me type of thing either. It's more in the way of being able to understand, fix or change for the better..... Does that make sense at all? It's really interesting and not always easy for me to get to this awareness. And I will also add that both girls are total opposite of each other in personality, so I would think 'how can I be both? '. But it's all about different extremes. It's just mind blowing!!

"Someone who is warning you of a mistake you're making is clearly a friend, aren't they? REALLY?!! Lol! Again, you're saying a lot of things right - but it still sounds an awful lot to me as if you are trying to recruit a bunch of people into an army of false light (without realizing it, of course). I took notes, I won't bore you with all of your subtle 'mistakes' - I've already highlighted on all of them multiple times before, so you should already be aware of them. (Except I will add that there seems to be a lot of 'efforting' advice in here. When you're ready, its effortless to experience oneness - and you will know that you have attained it. It won't be a question - and what a relief. That doesn't necessarily mean that you should strive for it as hard and as fast as you can. We're all unique and so are our processes. :)
Sibling Reminders: go within for your answers via meditation and self-inquiry, integrate your shadow - ALL of it and don't get nitpicky about that, never follow anyone blindly and learn discernment. Those things are how you transform into your sovereign self. Rushing is effort. It takes as long as it takes - there is no hurry. At all. Peace.

We are living in a Holographic Existence, not a material one... Aliens or demons, don't exist, they are just fiction, to justify their science and religion, for political matters to brainwash people into disfunctional ways of thinking and to fail into perciving reality as it is.
They don't exist, at least not as depicted in films, serial movies or Bible. Instead there are low energies, as entities and they can only manifest throught humans... These entities, they don't have bodies of their own, only when attachet to humans, when they have distorted perceptions and not connected with Source. They manifest as distorted thoughts, behaviours, feelings, possesing, occupying human mind with disfunctional thoughts patterns, obsessions, depressions, anxiety, stress, confussion, hysteria, fears, fixations, blockages, anger, jealousy, feeling weak, feeling as victims, feeling angry, agressors, frustrations, feeling limited, feeling the lack... wanting to suicide, to dissapear, or harm others or the human that are attachet...bcz when not connected with God it hurts so bad, it creats so much suffering for humans, when they identify themselves with these kind of energies.
These "entities" can posses human mind, when we have distorted perception, bcz this psychopatic society and bcz traumas, post traumatic personality disorders, (narcisists, psihopaths, borderline personality disorder, codependents (the spirit or entity of victim and agressor) and other menthal illnesses. Also High frequencie Spirits, as Angels or other forms of high energies, as love, power, compassion, gratitude, inteligence, wisdom, beings of light connected with God, Source, they have body of light and also can materialise through humans or betwen humans, having bodies of light. ♾💗🌞💗♾

Aaron Abke, i think you are doing great in the science of Kundalini. The only suggestion I would make is to sound less like Chemistry or Physics Lecture, and maybe include more of Metaphysics.
I have always felt like changing and growing and “improving” myself had to include some kind of “bad dog” message. “Ugh, I’m being so bad, I need to be better.” But the way you describe noticing and accepting old patterns, forgiving them and loving them as an avenue to greater awareness which leads to a shift- it’s been a game changer 😊for me. I appreciate your work and teachings so much Aaron. Thank you 🙏🏼

I've noticed that the more work your do and the more committed you are to spiritual growth the more natural it comes to you and it becomes a natural way of your daily life and eventually you effortlessly know when you're on the right track to the point where you let go without having to realize it and you're all of a sudden in the flow state of the polarity you choose

Aaron thanks for this video, synchronicity a couple of days algo I started thinking of the heart sutra and your video explains very well the basic concepts of that sutra
I understand conceptually what you're saying. I think it's true. Yet I had an experience of total and pure darkness. I was violated deep in my soul. I was tortured, raped, possessed by negative forces. I almost died and suffered an immense trauma from it. I learned and grew from it, I forgave and sent love and sent gratitude, it took me 4 years to begin to feel normal again. I understand the concept of unity, and while I see this experience is for my highest good, I feel I can't be open to the dark either. The dark I experienced was so low vibration, so terrifying, so malicious that I feel that if I'm inviting that it might be difficult to come back from it a second time. I learned boundaries even with being loving. So you see, I get what you are saying, but there is still a contradiction in my mind, because the feelings I experienced were so incredibly...I have no words from it. You can't suffer that much pain in a normal human experience. I know I need to welcome the pain. Yet the pain I experienced was too great. So I have this contradiction. Maybe this is the ultimate test. I still need to work on this. Thank you for sharing your wisdom 💜
I'm going to be honest, when I listen to you say it then it seems so simple and doable. Then I see stuff on child trafficking, sexual ritual abuse, harvesting body parts, or making artificial baby pods, or anything of that sort and I'm immediately in separation. I send love to the inner child of the adults who do these acts, and thank them for showing me what I never want to be, but idk if that means my ego is just judging them. Can you please share how to be in oneness or in relationship with this? Forever grateful for you Aaron. 🙏🏾
I would say if there’s something productive/helpful you feel you can do by looking at those atrocities, only look at them in service to that. Otherwise look to the things that make you remember the oneness. 😌🙏🏻
Thank you. Lately I have felt myself like empty vessel where God force just flows through. Even when I see programming affecting in my life but I still see them as nothing but mechanic programming so I don't get attached whatever arises in consciousness. Even those so called negative feelings is here to embrace and not fight at all.

The kids are eagerly saying to each other on the seesaw "I want to see you opposite of me!" and thus personally causing their opposite action. Therefore, in a negatively charged reality we experience here on Earth, consciously cause your actions to be positive.

Quite an educational video on Life and Relations of the Universe. I am studying Egos, Being Awake (In The Moment,) and Astral Travel. Gnosis Learning. I always thought of negative as just negative and not right. You make a very good point we feel negative because this is indicating to us we need to change our path to become positive, or work with the negative as it is an alert an indicator and a pointer showing us we need to do work.
I love this message, thank you Aaron! I always wonder about receiving versus keeping, could you go into more detail on the differences? I innerstand that receiving is accepting what others want to give to you but for example, I bought beautiful flowers that I was obsessed with looking at and I thought these are so beautiful I should give them to someone else to enjoy. But I ended up keeping them to decorate my porch and when an unexpected frost came they wilted and died. I wonder if I should have given them instead of kept them. When do we keep something for ourselves to enjoy, is it only when it’s given by someone else? Thank you Aaron, I love you and appreciate your content 😊

As I sit and listen to this with a slight stomach ache, thanking it, accepting it, feeling it, being okay with it- I begin to feel positive emotions about experiencing something negative. Aaron says, the negative shouldn’t feel good- but does it get to a point where it does feel good/blissful even, to accept the negative? It would have to wouldn’t it- bc ALL is Divine and the Divine is pure bliss.

Great stuff, one thing tho. . . I didn't know emotions could be positive or negative. It is what we do with our emotions. . sadness isn't negative. . for it may inspire one to create the most good.
In most videos I make sure to clear this up from the beginning, but I don’t always make mention of it. Positive does not mean “good” and Negative does not mean “bad”. They aren’t value judgments. Positive means “expanding” and negative means “contracting”, just as in electromagnetism. Emotions are polarized energy.
