Because I just went to Lowe's and bought some o-rings because I'm having to replace the o-rings in my personal gun and I believe all the o-rings that the guy at Lowe's sold me he sold me her too big so it looks like I'm going to have to take them back and get some smaller ones
I just watched the video you're talking about. The guy had his compressor along with like 50 feet of hose and the cord on the roof with him. lol And he didn't even adjust the coil holder for the shorter nails he was using!
You clearly didn't bother reading the directions that the banks nail gun comes with.... I own one.... Grab the directions it explains it comes as a single shot nail gun... Now grab the bag see the extra trigger? Thats not a "extra" thats the rapid fire trigger every one comes with..... Install the second trigger and thank me later... 😊. And yes ive been roofing for 18 years and after a year and a half of use the banks performs almost as well as any other gun on the market. The small end issue is it loves to not cycle steel coils very well....
Mine came with a extra trigger that made it l automatic I put six squares on today. It works fine for the price. I got the warranty so I’ll go back and get a brand new one. No questions asked because it will break.
I highly recommend the Banks..with the speed trigger id run it against any big name brand..i wouldn't hesitate to buy another if something happens to mine
Mine worked fine, but it started double firing nails at the end of a roofing job. Then it jammed… I was able to get it to unjam but will need to test it again. 😂
Also for all who want to know the banks is heavier then the pierce may want to factor that in when buying does makes a difference for all that. Don't do roofing for a living.
How long does the banks gun last and how long does the pierce nailer last? Also are they repairable and can you use Hitachi parts on the pierce gun? Sorry for all the questions ... lol
I bought a Banks about a year ago. Out of box it would miss than dbl shoot then miss then dbl shoot. Very aggravating. Returned it. Unless you know how fix that.
Perfect video- exactly what I needed to see and you're the only video explaining AND SHOWING! thanks!
We have been running them now 9 months and no problems

Thanks for showing how easy that change is.

Honestly the smooth nailing of the pierce using side by side with Bos no comparison beats my Hitachi to

An easier way to remove that rubber ring/grommet is to use a small nail set or nail and drive the pin inward until the rubber ring/grommet pops off.
This video helped me a lot dudde!! Ty
Thanks brother 👍
I'VE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH BOSTITCH THOMPSON ROOFING.

Pierce gun is better hands down but get the 2 year replacement warranty and just switch it out and when warranty is up renew it
Good video thanks bro.

Tienes esta pieza
When it had an issue -- where did you buy the replacement parts? No use, junk prodsuct.
Got extended warranty return to store no question ask they swap it out
Which one is best and fast
Pierce hands down
I was actually looking into grabbing a pierce gun. What's your opinion on it vs the Banks?
Actually my new favorite i haven't touched my Hitachi since I got it and have put atleast 15 roofs on with it now
The banks framing gun is a win also
@@superserviceroofing9822 thanks for the quick reply! I'll be grabbing one soon!
I prefer the pierce
