This is the first ever zara haul I have ever filmed and I actually had so much fun putting this video together. I had bought these items and just thought I may as well put together a video to see if you guys like it. I often get asked to wear more of the items I talk about in my videos so today's the day. Anyway, I'd love to hear what you think about these type of videos. I won't be doing them all the time because let's face it - I don't need that many clothes LOL but it was fun putting this one together. So please let me know what you think. As I mentioned in the video all of the items shown - even some of the other brands I'm wearing - are all listed below. If I've forgotten to include something please just let me know. Anyway, thanks again for watching today's episode. I really do hope you enjoyed it as it was definitely a fun one for me to make.

I bought a short shearling jacket plain last winter I got constant compliments on it and it passes for a winter coat where Iive.
Yes I cater my videos to the majority of my audience which is going into Fall now.

The negative thing about Zara is their sizes. Their clothes are rarely stretchy as well so very hard to find good items for me.
True. Their sizing is not very inclusive (I am a 1X). That's why I am a H&M girl.

I agree about Zara's haphazard sizes. I do way better with Mango clothing. I'm a U.S. size 8 and 10 and in Zara clothing, I never know which size will fit. But, there's a store five minutes from me, so I go in and try on items.

I love sets and suits, especially skirt-sets. When I buy a skirt set, I get two great separates and a “dress” look. I got two this last year in dotted silk (different colors, brands and styles) I love them! I want to wear the Sezane cream-dotted khaki green set all the time, what a versatile set it is.

The white knit sleeve shape is a bell- or flare-shape and the trim is indeed lettuce-edging. These look great, but I find them too impractical because they won’t stay pushed up. I’ll never forget wearing bell-sleeves to a buffet lunch and having them drag through all the food dishes, even the ones rubber bands I had on didn’t work.
Great haul video. I just stocked up on some Zara basics as I work from home and need some comfortable, yet put together pieces.

I’m positive I will have skin cancer in my lifetime. I’m covered in freckles and wouldn’t even know where to start looking. Any advice you have is welcome! I agree that cap sleeves t shirts are an underrated MUST have :)
@FizzyBubblesASMR The medical technology to check a whole body for skin cancers has really kicked up in the last decade. A good first step is to find a Skin Check Clinic or clinician who is recommended. Confirm the costs and who covers them. I believe the clinician hovers a scanning tool, with like an infrared light, across your skin. It takes medical images. They check spots you would never have thought of, or can't see yourself. Such as your scalp, behind your ears, your lips, tops of your feet, between your toes even! The service they offer is to provide a base assessment of your skin. If a mole appears to be growing, changes colour or becomes lumpy, they have an original file to check those changes against. Good luck with that!
As a 46-year-old woman I love to see that you dress in appropriate yet fashionable pieces. I am so tired of people thinking that once you turn 40 you suddenly have to start dressing matronly. I don’t know why some people think it’s appropriate for a 25 year old,to wear clothes that are not flattering to her figure, but wrong to see a 40+ year old woman with an incredible figure to wear the same thing. I say dress for your body, not for your age. (Clearly with the exception of vulgar clothing. I don’t think anyone should wear that regardless of age or body type)
I love this video!!!! You try the clothes and give us an idea of how it looks on something that is not a mannequin. Next time give us ideas of the sizes, Zara is sometimes confusing about that

That Zara khaki suit is the favorite for me from this haul, it really the jacket I like. You are right on the name of the sleeves they are called lettuce frilled hem bell sleeves. I really like the Zara muscle tanks, the armpit opening I hope they hold their structure, just sad they don't have the colors you showed here. These will be great under the blazers. Great Zara picks, Leonie. They look perfect on you. And the khaki tan suit looks great with the Karen Walker orange shearling crossbody bag. I bought that same crossbody bag way back when you first bought yours. I jumped on it and ordered it during your vlog. I'm glad that you're showing it again as it just reminded me to see if the matching mini tote bag has gone on sale. It has and I just ordered it on a major markdown.
I also like your white top from Dissh. I also buy that label as they have some really nice basic pieces to style with the rest of one's look.

I like the sheerling jacket
I’ve had to buy en masse because I’ve been replacing my favorite high-quality items in smaller sizes. I’m happy to be slimmer and healthier, but didn’t realize how awful my existing wardrobe would look on me when I Iost so much weight. I tried to replace things gradually, but ended up with nothing to wear that wouldn’t fall right off me. I have many high-quality things that I can’t replace, but fortunately, many of the brands I love, like Lily Silk, tend to stock items for a few years.

I return 70% of what I buy from Zara because their sizes are odd and they don’t allow online reviews by customers unlike other retailers so you really don’t have any guide on what you are about to buy.

I have a beautiful blazer from zara size 12-14 and its very tight around the shoulders. I am usually only a size 10-12 on top.
Hi Leonie, I'm trying to get an idea of how the Dissh sweaters and denim skirt will fit on me, so having your measurements would help. I'm 5'6" and about 158 pounds. Usually wear a 10-12 US sizes and medium - large sweaters. I have very broad shoulders and a long torso with a 36C bra size. Basically a large body frame. I know you're tall with long arms, but if your shoulders and bust measurement around is smaller than mine, the sleeves on the Dissh sweaters might not be too long on me. The denim skirt may be too long, but since I'm a 10/12 pant and skirt size, maybe my hips would take up a little length??? Awesome video! I absolutely love your channel!! ❤
Hi Dorothy - I'm 5'11" and I weigh around 147 pounds. I usually wear a size 8 US and medium sweaters. I'm wearing the medium Dissh top - I could probably go down to a small but I like the arms to be long enough and my arms are SO long :( I wear the denim skirt quite low to be honest because I need the length. Hope this helps?

Leonie's has been my favorite style channel since its inception. Actually, I only watch her and Justine Leconte, but I can't support her in promoting fast fashion companies like ZARA.
I don’t particularly like the wash of the jeans. They can look dirty sometimes. I’m so glad you did a try-on.
Zara has nice styles but quality is not all that, the stretching and suturing and hemlines usually tell it all 😢

Oh also it does look like Leonie has a bit of bronzer on today too or a touch of real 🌞 sun rays ... also , sometimes the camera angle may be lower or higher in filming so that can change a look slightly also...
