Changing the disc brake conversion issue on a Honda Foreman.

#customerstates it need a wheel bearing as per another well know ATV repair shop... Did they even look at it, my guess is no... So I added a few lights and snorkel and more lights!!! I will work harder on my production quality in upcoming videos!!!

Great video. I just can't seem to get the dang air out of them. Put a master cylinder off a can am on it. That's what I had laying around.. No improvement even borrowed a vacuum bleeder for the first time... Any idea what I'm missing.. There's no leaks. Visable

you got air trapped in the lines. a pair of vise grips, pinch the line about 2 inches from the master cylinder, put enough pressure on the line with the vise grips to get pressure on the brake lever. been doing it this way for 30 yrs, have not met a brake system yet that has beat me !.

i wonder how many atv owners have changed rims out...then this happened ?. i just '' tried '' to install this very same kit on my '02 trx450s today, right off the bat, i asked myself..ok..this bolt threads into all this...what will happen when i go to put the lug nut on ??..this is what happens...THE LUG BOLT STUD BACKS OUT...THEN YOU GET THIS DAMAGE !!. not only this..but the brake line would not reach the caliper, least not without rubbing the outside and of the tie rod ?. regardless..this super atv disk kit DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY WITH THE TRX450FM/S FOREMANS !.

Put the caliper on the front of the axle instead of the rear. Should be able to use stock brake line location
