Did your brake lever and foot pedal stick when u would use them it's like it needs a big spring to make it return to the position where it dont grab the brakes
The hydraulic conversion is taking much longer than expected and I can't get enough pressure to do anything. I'm currently looking for a replacement caliper that will work. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. As it stands, the only thing I've kept from the kit is the hub with the disc brake. I even called SuperATV and they have never used this kit with hydraulic fluid. They know of one guy who did it but they used a pump in the system, and I assume it's either to move enough fluid or to increase the pressure since the piston is quite small.
In my follow up video to this ua-cam.com/video/QjjVxjSiBxo/v-deo.html I list out everything I've done to change this kit to a hydraulic conversion. Basically I wound up keeping their rotor, so if they sell just that and you can fabricate the bracket and want to build out a true hydraulic brake system then go for it. If this level is outside your wheelhouse then I'd recommend sticking with drums. This kit alone is not worth the hassle or money wasted. Their caliper uses the parking brake feature to try to be the main brakes which is ludicrous. Some have been able to make this kit work better than stock but I lost brake power going from a rusted drum to this kit until I went full hydraulic.
