Shaolin Wooden Men
The time Jackie is on a mission of revenge. As a young boy he witnesses the slaying of his father at the hands of deadly masked kung fu assassin. Once Jackie is old enough, he trains as a mute at a shaolin temple to learn the techniques that will enable him to one day avenge the death of his father. What he doesn't realize though is that he is actually training in the lair of the man he seeks to kill!
Jackie has to gradate and defeat a gauntlet of mysterious robotic wooden men who throw every kung fu style at him before he can even face up to his nemesis. Packed with startling action courtesy of Half a Loaf of Kung Fu director Chen Chi-Hwa, this is another early Jackie Chan classic that's not to be missed by those seeking fine martial arts entertainment!

The Master slipcover is great! 😎👍
I’m looking forward to the master the most 👌. Yeah the slip is sweeeeeet . Thanks for watching ☺️
88 really pushed the boat out with these releases. Nice artwork & posters.
Decent post!
Cheers
I love these releases too with the art cards. Bought several Jackie Chan 88 films over the past 10 months
Nice! Two of my favorite pre-Drunken Master era Jackie Chan films. I need to get these versions, the restoration work on Shaolin Wooden Men looks outstanding. Hopefully those limited copies with posters are still available somewhere.
Try 88films direct 1st that’s where I got lucky or it maybe eBay but the prices 😱😱 may be too much or a local exchanges shop would be better
Spiritual Kung Fu, or Karate Ghostbuster as it was also known on the cheap newsagent video I bought is a classic.
The credits on the back of the card aren’t for who’s in the film, those are production credits for the Blu-ray.
Thanks for letting me know 👌 it will help other who view , as I said in the vlog I wasn’t to sure about what was on these editions
ok how it is released this film?
Decent release. I like what they did with the art cards, though that second one looks like a guy going to the loo 😄. I like the reversible covers with the original artwork as well. Nice touch
I know right when I was making the vlog I was a bit confuses 🤣🤣🤣. The reverse of the art cards are nice . Cheers David 👌👌
