The current state of the UK is not the result of a few months of Labour government, but rather of the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, from which the country has never really recovered + 14 years of Conservative austerity policies + the Pandemic + Brexit.
Overpopulation thanks to uncontrolled immigration adding 8 million since the millennium, putting out services in crises and making many Brits feel like outsiders in their country.
Don't let Labour off the hook so easily. The UK was hit so hard by the GFC because of Labour policies. Labour left a £158 billion 'black hole' for the conservatives to try and deal with. The UK is in such a mess because of 30 years of poor governance and this situation is accelerating.

Great option to use their scheme for rich people. If you make enough money, you could save a ton. The best part about Italy is that it's so diverse, and almost anyone can find a place that suits them. It's diverse in terms of climate (from the Alps to the 'Caribbean-style' beaches, the amazing Tuscan countryside, the lakes, etc.) and in terms of people as well (the warmer Southern European ones in the center-south and the more 'Nordic' ones in the north and on the Alps). I'd say the best options are: Milan, Florence, Bologna and maybe Turin - for the cities - the Alps (especially the Dolomites), the Ligurian Riviera (Portofino and the area around, a couple of hours to Milan), the Tuscan countryside, and the lakes in the north (Como, Maggiore, less than an hour by train or car to Milan, and then back in tranquility and nature).

The average salary in the uk is around £30k. Then you’ve got a high % who are unskilled, lazy or just don’t want to leave family/friends. The majority of people from the UK will no leave

Why not set up a trust within another country but where your the beneficiary. Transfer your assets and companies into the trust then they can't tax you as its not yours. Then you can live in the UK but don't have anything for them to tax or take
Because when you take capital payments from an offshore trust you have to pay tax to the uk government at your income tax rate. Also if you are uk tax resident and domiciled when you setup the offshore trust the trust has to pay the 10 year charge of 6% and so on. It’s complicated and expensive there is way around it but you will need to not be tax resident or IHT domiciled when you set it up.

No need to go beyond the title and watch any of this. Messages prompting to leave the UK are exhausting. Brits need to stay and fight for their country, build it up again, make it worthwhile to stay. I find it puzzling that we need to sit with young children who already 'want to leave' just to explain to them that this is their home, this is the country their ancestors lived and died for! And as a side note: Brits need to learn to behave when abroad, curb their drinking, leave their bikinis (and their sliders) in their hotel rooms when they dine out, regulate their entitled kids who roam around and throw 'tantrums' in public places without any parental oversight and so on and so forth. Welcome to my country, I'm currently living in England, but I'm going home to Veliko Tarnovo, the most beautiful Bulgarian town ❤ 10% flat tax only it's amazing... How did I end up in UK for the past 10years is beyond me, but I made up my mind, going home for good. 🎉🎉
Bulgaria does not allow dual nationality to non Bulgarians EU citizens. You would have to give up your British citizenship for a relatively tiny minor EU country.
@lenethharris-johnson8238 ok how Bulgarians have US citizenship and Bulgarian ond ?
@lenethharris-johnson8238 However the UK is no longer in the EU, so this should no longer apply. If it does then a permanent open residence visa is also an option.
The current state of the UK is not the result of a few months of Labour government, but rather of the Global Financial Crisis of 2008, from which the country has never really recovered + 14 years of Conservative austerity policies + the Pandemic + Brexit.
It's just big government to blame.
@@PFL44The GFC was a long time in the making. Both parties share the blame for failing to regulate the banks properly and for allowing the economy to become over-reliant on financial services, a process which probably began with the Big Bang under Margaret Thatcher.
Agreed
I left in 1997. the writing was already on the wall after Thatcher and would only get worse under Major, Blair. Don’t regret it - but it is very difficult to find good countries to move to - as the UK disease has spread and intensified under the WEFist movement of BlackRock, Bilderbergs, criminally evil oligarchs of a global and dystopian nature. We have a problem overall now - and it’s called feudal-fascist oligopoly (it comes in all political colours and everywhere).
Which country did you move to if you don't mind me asking?
My questions with all these options is simply: What about health care? What country could you relocate to that has good healthcare, and how exactly do you pay for it? Taxes? Insurance?
Thank you for your question. We understand healthcare is an important consideration when relocating. In this video, Mr. Henderson discusses healthcare in countries such as Malaysia: ua-cam.com/video/sm_A-TgzIm0/v-deo.html

Malta has better healthcare than the UK
One problem that I learned about today, being a UK national and living in the UK, is that when I leave I will have to live for 10 years in the new country to no longer be classed as UK Domicile for inheritance tax purposes.

Citizenes from Usa,Uk and EU have many optiones that other countries dont have
I have British + 2 EU passports and still in the UK. Thinking about Italy.
Anywhere near campifleggri ( wrong spelling) will be devastating when it erupts.do ur research on this caldera.

The average salary in the uk is around £30k. Then you’ve got a high % who are unskilled, lazy or just don’t want to leave family/friends. The majority of people from the UK will no leave
And we don’t want those types here in the antipodes. We inherited more than our fair share when the rats who’d created the problems in the 70s abandoned ship. Then continued with their disastrous practices/attitudes here.
30k is a miserable salary...

I think, you get the gist! Foreign countries are not that keen on Brits.
