Oh my God, what a beautiful theme for hypnosis. We are so disconnected from the ‘long body’ of our ancestry in the west - almost like a form of amnesia, cutting us off from the wisdom of our forefathers, foremothers. Know that if you’re listening to this that you are already calling out to your ancestors, your guides, your angels and they will hear you, even before you’ve closed your eyes. Maybe they’ve been waiting for you to ask their help and this wonderful meditation is the means by which this connection is made, this wisdom is passed. So much gratitude 🙏 for this. 🌬🍃 how slowly we forget over time that nature was here first and should have never been replaced with human progress. We are intelligent people. Just look at the things we build. We have the ingenuity to build our structures without any harm at all to the nature around us. Don't we?
I am glad I came across this. I saw my Grandmother's Brother who nobody has heard from or seen since the 1940's. Was unexpected to see him but I did get information that I didn't know about but have been able to confirm. Thank you for putting this together

I have enjoyed this immensely. I don't know what it is but thank you. It hasn't helped me with my sleep though. This has been a issue. Without going into much detail I wake up a lot during the night and do my thing and go back to listening. It is so soothing...
Thank you for this. I had so many things happen, some not quite clear, but I did get a clear message to " love yourself". That came across in a clear voice. I saw my horse(living), I saw a human torso shrouded in a yellow light- no details of who. Not to mention the complete tingling sensation in my whole upper body, pretty intense. Must make this a practice.

I would do some gratitude exercises before using the meditation. This will allow you to go into this with a "open heart" and a positive state. I would recommend doing this on all the meditations...actually.

Lovely session last night. Nice to connect again and glad to have found this video. I was wondering - did anyone else hear baby noises (fussing, crying) towards the end of this recording? Or was it just another of my ancestors?
Sounds like you were in the mind awake/body asleep state. It's pretty common to get some weird auditory sensations/sounds in that state.
baby crying is sometimes “rebirth”. something in your life is shifting...new job? new relationship? moving? etc

Can u do a really descriptive journey to a floating city that we can access when in meditation??? I really love very descriptive journeys….eventually maybe have us go thru a door and enter into a building where we need to to get “something” (wise words from a guide) or intro from a book sitting on a pedestal (maybe a person wants to read about/see in the pages the answer to a burning question we have in history-whether it’s what happened to a missing loved one or how the pyramids were built, or where Atlantis was and what happened…or when the god created the universe?
or maybe it will be a magic potion left for us to drink that will give us the ability to embody a specific characteristic?
I’d love to listen to lots more things like that….heavily descriptive in diff places…there’s way too many “flying in clouds” “on a beach” in a forest, etc etc. I need unique, fun “guided journeys”….no one in the game is doing THAT. I bet it would be a big hit!

I believe so, I feel they are waiting for you. Dont get discouraged if you dont succeed at first. Start the meditation with gratitude for everything including finding this meditation. Best wishes to you.
I fell asleep in the middle of the meditation and have no idea what happened. Hopefully something was still happening outside of my awareness.

I'm not sure what I heard but I hear some ancient language being spoken to me and I could hear myself speaking to them. Like as when you can hear yourself speaking in your sleep in a dream. I am wondering if I go too far under though. Cause I can't seem to remember much at all. But Ido not feel as though I was sleeping. I feel somewhere In between. Is this what I am supposed to be feeling. Please let me know something. Maybe perhaps I should do this sitting up in a comfortable position rather than lying down. I am new in this world of hypnosis. Let me know what works best 😊

@@JoeTreacy I went in search of my maternal female ancestors for better understanding of the trauma endured along that line of women. However, I was connected to a new guide, an ancient male ancestor (I was surprised as I was so focused toward the women), the strongest guide that has ever come to me. I felt awe at his power. I also received a strong clear message from my grandmother when asking her if there was anything I could do for her, to love my mother unconditionally as she was not able to do when she was alive. Incredible stuff. I love your work, thank you. ❤
Found myself parking in a small parking lot and deciding to walk through a small portion of a neighborhood next to an elementary school. The day was cool, blustery and the smell of rain was in the air. Walked into a classroom while class was in session. One of those designated pseudo-big brother, big sister mentoring projects between older classmates and younger kids a few grades below us. I had arrived just in time to figure out who my little kid was to mentor. Well..after a few others. I found that everyone had a partner but me. So I waited for a what felt like a long time, butting in on the bonding session between my "friend" and her little kid. The polite irritation was real 😅 She did NOT want to share. After seeing everyone had a mentoring partner in the classroom but me I got worried and saw the teacher giving me a weird, concerned look. No one paid me any mind as I bumbled toward the teacher who seemed like they knew this moment was coming. Unavoidable and awkward 😂 so and so stated that a consensus between classmates was reached and no one liked me. My designated partner had refused to be mentored by me so they were trying to find someone else tomorrow. I strictly remember requesting that they find someone as depressed as me if not even more so. Day 2, the entire dream repeated deja vu style. I was sitting down moping when ashort brunette kid with light freckles and a beautiful, full mop of curls sat next to me quietly. I tried so hard to play it cool after he was silent for a while. Then I see the soulful deep brown eyes furtively peering up at me through those curls. Jimmy and I just started talking and couldn't shut up. It was like we belonged together as real siblings. Even got in trouble a few times for being too animated. Woke up feeling socially refreshed, happy, and not as lonely. No advice was given or sought after. It was just a dream of us enjoying each other's company. Being awake is a drag because I sure miss him.

Very nice but be advised- about 40 minutes in after a long quiet stretch, he starts talking again- woke me straight up.
It's really only five mins...which is used to give you free time to connect.
I like it. It's like he talks straight to my subconscious. I didn't last night with the energy of the full moon. I woke feeling brand new.

I really like this meditation but there are parts that are repetitive, word for word and that drives me nuts, and the pace is kind of fast to be calming.
This didn't work for me
I love you meditations, but this one scares me. You voice keeps changing, and shocking me. It gets deeper and goes back to normal. Maybe just my earphones. 😭😭
