Wanted to say, THANK YOU! Had everything wired as it should be and followed the PID manual and it didn't really help at all, then I found your video and followed it step by step on software settings and wham-o, life is good!!! THANK YOU!

I'm glad it was helpful. I certainly received lots of help when I was putting this machine together. I never would have stood a change of getting it going with out their help.
I added a jpg of the wiring diagram on my build log. www.cnczone.com/forums/cnc-wood-router-project-log/127895-cnc-forum-post1596328.html#post1596328 I will probably remove the manual speed control switch and pot in the future. In all the months of using this machine, I have not needed to manually control the speed. The speed is controlled within Mach3.
