DIY Fairy Lantern / fairy glow jars

- Hi everyone, in this video I'm going to show you how I made a Fairy Lantern. For making this lantern i used one middle size jar, acrylic paint, artificial flowers, fairy dust (white and pink ) fairies made from carton, mos and lightening.
First you can chose jars big as you want to be your lantern. After that you apply little acrylic paint on the jar and while is not drained yet you put little fairy dust. Inside the jar you stick the fairy and some other stuff like little branch or little flowers. Then you arrange the jar with mos and artificial flowers. When it's all done you can put inside the jar lightening by your choice.

Personally I'd do the glitter on the inside of the jar so any loose glitter falls inside and it's less messy but can't wait to try this out for my enchanted forest wedding

I know I wanted to see what she used. I think she has a light behind the mason jar but I could be wrong.
Probably just an LED tea light. I'm sure you could use fairy lights too, and just glue the battery pack to the underside of the lid since the moss will hide it anyway.

Can you please tried one like this but with a large bigger plastic container instead of the glass so you can put a LED light bulb 💡the changes colors and put it into the light bulb conector on the bottom by creating a hole 🕳 since it’s plastic instead of open the container from the top and removed those little lights when they ran off battery 🔋.... PLEASE!!!

Fairy dust is glitter? Is there a difference between regular glitter and glitter powder? If so, which do you recommend?

I use acrylic paint. But you can also use modpodge. It'll give you the same results 😊

For making this lantern you can use any glue, because it's not complicated for making :D

Que forma de desperdiciar material de ( escarcha) deberias de poner toda la ESCARCHA EN UNA HOJA DE PAPEL ( AMPLIA O MUY GRANDE) luego una vez el frasco con la cola o pegamento lo pasas por encinas encima rodando como una rueda y ahí , se pega mejor la ESCARCHA.
Too much stuff on it. But very cute. Flowers are fake you could get at dollar store, Walmart, hobby lobby, Joann fabrics, michaels. All this stuff you could get there ladies. And that was glitter and modge Podge used.

You can't wash this. the acrylic paint will stay. But the fairy dust won't stay.

You can use lights for new year, light from cigarette lighter. or anything else that you like :D
