Fasting is self imposed suffering which brings you closer to the Almighty Lord. When I was in seg I tried it just to see if I could do it and It opens your mind up on so many levels. When you finally eat you are grateful more than you have ever been for the sustanance that is afforded to us by God. If youve never fasted you can never know what true gratitude is....
