I dont think ive ever seen a Deere Skidder with such a clean grill on it that wasnt new. You guys do a good job taking care of your machines on the Operator end, which is where all good maintenance begins.
I had an office job for 27 years, now I work with my kit "out in the field" and really know all about oil, grease mud and water. ( track drive motors always break down when the kit is in a muddy puddle)
Your man Jay is one cool dude. Love his accent and demeanor. Love you guys! Really looking forward to getting over there one day! Cheers and regards Dave Kelly from Australia
Great video, the mechanic is a man of few words but a lot of knowledge. Poor Kevin having to sharpen the long chain on a regular basis, does it maintain an edge better being a larger chain?
When you had your hand in that slimey hole,..... kinda reminds me of working at the breed pens with the cows ! Yeah, I know, you thought I was gonna say something else now didn't you ? 😊😊
the leak wasn't the problem. He said the rotator would freewheel. When they pulled the old motor out and slid the gear off the end, that little splined shaft was wobbling around ... that's not supposed to be like that. The motor let go on the inside.
so are you guys a logging company and a excavation company 2 I was just wondering I seen you guys doing logging but I seen you driving a excavator and a dump truck well I seen you tore this up again
