I'm an Arkansas boy as well from the Fort Smith area. I'd love to support a local business but I'm getting more for my money out of an XOP Cold World with only a little more weight. Great product. I hope they can learn from the competition and get the price down.
“That platform is actually pretty big.” You young guys really crack me up! There’s a reason why the OG Lone Wolf Assault and Alpha hang on stands were 19.5” wide and they eventually increased the seat size. The reason your saddle hunting buddy doesn’t need much to stand on is….he’s hanging in a saddle, right? The tests to see if a stand is big enough is to 1. Can you draw from a seated position on an imaginary buck directly in front of your stand? 2. Can you stand and easily turn back to your weak side without checking your feet? And 3. Don’t forget to check for butt pucker when climbing into the stand at 20’ in the dark 😂
The smaller they get, the more they cost. Oh, and yeah I'd like to be comfortable. If I'm not comfortable I won't start long, if I don't stay long I won't be there when the buck comes by. Give me a stand that weighs 3-4 extra lbs that I can be comfortable in over this. If I can't carry a 9 lb stand to my tree, I highly doubt I can carry a 200lb buck back to my truck.
No need to carry a buck to your truck nowadays, just get one of those fancy two-wheeled electric deer carts where all you do is hold it balanced and hit the lever to make it go forward. 🤣 I'm with you, average weight of all my gear I bring with is at 50 pounds give or take a few. I use the Bigdog bearcat hang on and their Rhino timber steps, like the safety of steel under my feet and ass, not aluminum that gets brittle in the cold weather I like to hunt. Day I can not carry in gear I feel safe in is the day I'll stick to the ground or quit hunting. I will say my old ass is slowing down though, used to carry a ladder stand into public on my back quite often. Tried standing on my nephews Lone wolf stand and with all the bend and flex it felt like the thing was going to crack and collapse at any second. Told him no way I'd feel safe 16 to 22 feet up in a tree in that thing.
Looks like in the video there is only one level of adjustment from the platform being level. And 2 adjustments up from level. Should be the other way around. How often are you getting in a tree and set up where the tree is lean towards you? Just seems like a feature that was messed up.
Seat doesn't stick away far enough from tree you van clearly see dudes very uncomfortable just sitting on that fake tree setup. Stand is wayyyy over priced
Some commenters on here sound like my 88 yr old mother in law shocked at the price of this or that. Have any of you checked out the price of LWCG stands? How about the price of vehicles, food, etc etc. Do some research before you comment it just takes the same device you used to watch this video.
It looks awesome. Im very proud of this dude! I can see the clowns hating on this stand but then turning around to give hand jobs to anyone using a LWCG stand. Id buy this over any others
@@reviveoutdoors4himstill looks like a good lightweight hybrid stand and at the general high end market rate. Thank you for the videos keep up the awesome work.
“Hand made”😅 yea what are you widdeling them? You mean machine made right? 600 bucks for just the stand? And you gotta pay extra for the full safety straps. That’s some bull crap. Idc of you are hand making them. It is pretty cool but sheesh
I never understood people talking about the price of something when they have absolutely no clue. They can charge whatever someone is willing to pay. Lmao you aren’t entitled to a certain price and they aren’t forced to only profit X amount. Please go back to school
@@MrDrMeowhe can say whatever he wants. 1st amendment. But the price is high. I am one to drop some money on hunting. My saddle setup and bow is over 2000 alone. But if this stand was a 100 cheaper I would definitely buy it. I’m in the market for a lock on as well because saddle hunting is just so uncomfortable and requires so much movement
Actually, the constitution doesn't give Americans the right to sell things, OR start a company. You have to get permission from the government. AND the government can, and has, nailed companies for excessive prices.......
That's funny I should see this comment. I just had the same discussion/arguement with a man over a tree saddle priced at $424 dollars. I told him I wouldn't buy a regular treestand for that price. Then he went on to explain to me a bunch of crap.

Christmas list item. I love everything about it so for. Can’t wait to read some customer reviews

The price is nuts on this. No way
Go be poor somewhere else

$500!! Mann I would love one but that price point is tough!!
$575?!?!? No way !
Good luck with that 8-10 week lead time
Hard to beat lwcg stands and similar prices with more features and lifetime warranty.
Not to mention they are all based off of LW stands.
Any idea if they’ll be at ATA this year? I’d like to get my hands on one.
I have no idea. I would message them on Facebook and ask!

Can’t you use the seat as a shelf?
Its possible, but I didn’t see that when we interviewed
The return policy is so sketchy. You lose 40% of your money if you return it. No 30 days return on this what so ever.
yea, so guys can buy it in Mid Oct and return it mid Nov for a full refund 😜
Il buy one for sure
Let us know what you think!
How do i climb on a tree and tie the stand
I noticed he wasn’t at the ATA show. After six months, do you believe this is legit still no offense to anybody just curious.
They have made a few posts on their social media, but I don’t know anyone personally that owns one
7:22, now that was a test walking by, should have brought him over. Lets see that supposed 300 pound weight limit in action.

Not to mention some of the other stands they are praising are made in China.
Does it have a seat shelf lock option?
I did not see one but I may have missed it.

Haven't seen or heard anything else about this stand... what's the deal
That looks nice and uncomfortable. That’s about a two hour stand.
Way overprice it's crazy.
😂 another $600 stand that should cost $250-$300 ! No thanks !
There’s a difference between the china junk you’re thinking of base on US made!
