i use them for almost a year now, 2-3 dives a day 6 days a week from dsd courses to down 60mt dive never failed me and breath like a charm...well done to NEX
It’s amazing to see a “new” company that’s 5 years old or so, go in so hard on EVERYTHING. I didn’t really realize how many different products they make. It a bit of a gamble, but best of luck to them. I’ll have to check out a few products.
In the grand scheme of things, with the pandemic and the shrunken trade shows coupled with with the supply chain issues, and the amount of time it takes to make waves in a small industry… definitely new in my book:) There’s still a lot of gear to go but I admire the ambition and solid quality control he puts out 🤙
@michelbonnet584 but if you have a table with equally reliable gear, support and price, why not get something rhats esthetically pleasing or different?
Interesting i wonder how they compare to other well known brands. I for one like color. I like bright colors that let me be seen. I git pink rk3s for that purpose. If they had a bright green i would have gone with those. Id love to be able to change out cosmetics on some items. Innovation is good if it actually makes an improvement or adresses a shortcoming. Aqualungs new system seems questionable to me. I do agree with him, too often manufacturers slap a new cover on something saying its the latest and greatest but its just window dressing
@@MysticalDragon73 they had some REALLY impressive colors, and I was impressed with the build quality. I don’t own any yet (this was super impromptu because a friend insisted I go check him out!) but I took a hard look and it’s extremely impressive. I also like that he’s involved. Reminds me of one of those epic restaurants where the owner is always there… the whole experience is improved. As far as comparing, they’ve been snagging the Tester’s Choice and Best Buy awards already. I think this is the brand to keep a close eye on 🏆👀🙋♂️🤙
Their regulators are actually produced by Yuhsin, which is a well known OEM/ODM manufacture for producing high quality regulators. NEX neither design or manufacture the parts themselves. It is just a rebrand regs from Taiwan.
It’s made in US, and colors do in fact show at depth, just some are muted more than others but ya gotta be pretty deep. It’s more about that fun in between ✌️

Awesome! This is excellent feedback, I hope they see it!
Thank you for that great feedback!!!
Love this guy, If the opportunity arises I will be acquiring some NEX products!
They have a killer website! Check it out if ya get a chance 🤙
Great dedication from them! Saw their gear and accessories at DEMA and it looked top notch.
💯 agree! Caught my eye unexpectedly 🤙

Easy if made in China, they just take profit of other brands fabrications.
Really attractive looking equipment. I like that it can be upgraded to what you need it to be.
@@Yourdiveconcierge I’m with ya 🤿🤙
I don't care looking, just working fine and reliability.

@TheScubaDivingChannel good to know . Its always nice when they are involved. I'm certainly taking a look at them for sure.
No more colours in the depth... But good to show off out of the water.

Looks a lot more expensive than reputable brands...
Yup, built better also. They got BestBuy and definitely deserved it 🙌

Made in China ? What could justify to create a new brand ? Nobody knows that colours are not visible in depth or it's just to show off on ground ? 😄

NEX is tooooo expensive
For what ya get, nobody else can touch it imho. Esp when considering it’s something trustable
