SCM SYSTEM 8 - windows & doors integrated line with automatic loading station

System integrated lines are the SCM’s technological solution dedicated to the large companies for the production of window and doors frames.
The high flexibility to manage work-pieces with the different length, allows producing batch one up to 400 complete windows per shift.
The work-pieces loading system is made of a gantry structure fitted with suction cups for the gripping of rough elements, and it enables the management of stacked elements without the constant presence of the operator.
The integration of multiple machines allows to perform all the operations: planing on superset nt, tenoning and work-piece marking on 2 single side celaschi tlv, drilling and milling on fleximat and right and left profiling on 2 profitech.
Maestro active watch operator interface manages the whole line and it is designed to be easy to use and to import orders directly from company management software.
