I just searched "spiritual meditation " and found your offering. It's a challenge for me to stick with visualization. I however found myself grounded and there until my cat... even though I could not get back to the visual voice broke through. She said: " calm down child", then it felt like the entire universe started spinning, like decades sped forward. I was reminded that I am one with this Universe, and it with me. Then I just had a huge release. Thank you so much. I will be trying this again one day when my cat is napping. 😊 thank you!
This was soooo so very amazing. I saw a man walking up to me in a very well put together suit, not fancy, but like perfectly tailored. I realized it was my grandpa who I have realized is my guide. I also got to say hello to my grandma. Every time I connect with my grandpa, I always cry. I think it’s to release things. But he said he was proud of me for helping break a generational curse. He said I’m the one that’s been chosen to do that. There’s a lot of healing that my maternal side of the family needs and he let me know I will help to do that. It was beautiful. A single tear rolled down my cheek at the end, very cinematic. Thank you so much for this perfect meditation. You are right, I was absolutely guided to it. THIS IS EXCELLENT for the lack of a better word. I never knew lavender was a cleansing herb but during this medication my spirit guide is a child (I don’t know it’s sex) and he/she was brushing my head with lavender flowers throughout the meditation. beginner at this, I was not able to picture a bed of flowers or a garden, I wad lead to a terrain of just unplanted untouched soil, all alone with nothing but dirt and sky. but there I was alone and naked, happy and frolicking as my feet embraced the soil with each step, when I tried to picture a garden and look to my right I couldn't find any spiritual guide, but a warm light, shaped and length of a person, my guess is I'm not fully ready to see what it meant by because my heart started racing as they approached. so I went back to the untouched soil and saw myself again frolicking and when I took a deeper look it was me as a child. so happy and so free it brought me to tears and then that warm light of a figure hug them or my younger self and I fell apart. it was all from a 3rd person point of view. I'm really new to this spiritual world and clairaudient stuff but I'm super eager to dive deeper and get to know my guides better.thank you for this experience! ❣

This was the first time ive ever done a meditation and cried. I was not expecting my sisters dog to show up as my guide. Years ago when i was 10 she was hit by a car. I loved this dog, and we really enjoyed being together. However, she unequivocally my sisters dog lol. When she walked in the house, whoever puzzles was with got ditched for my sister with the quickness. One day she got out of our yard, and ended up getting hit. She limped across the street back to our house with blood in her mouth, climbed our 3 porch steps and laid in the doorway. She gasped for air and i began to cry. I didnt know what to do. I was about 10 yrs old and our dog was dying and i couldnt help. I laid her on my lap and told her it was okay. 😢 she pooped on my cleats which i left by the door, my mom always told me not to, now i know why 😂 but she died minutes later. My sister was devastated when she found out. That morning i had a basketball game, and i was a complete mess trying to focus on that and not the fact that i had watched our dog die in my lap. Ive been on this spiritual journey almost 4yrs now. And when puzzles showed up, i couldnt understand why. But then i began to see all the people in my life that died, all the people i held their hands and kissed their heads and said my goodbyes too, then days later perished. Months ago i applied to be an end of life volunteer so people in old folks homes didnt have to go alone. I never knew why i always was drawn to it, but it was that moment i shared with Puzzles all along. Thank you for this. ❤ thank you for helping me discover my second guide.
Hello… I love this meditation video. So during my meditation, I came across my spirit guide with a lion face but a human body. and I just wanted to know what does that mean because I have been on the Internet I know what the lion mean, but why the human body also the advice was prevalent to my situation. I’m actually shocked that I was able to sit and have a full conversation and some laughs with my spiritual guide, this was the first time I was able to do that the best part of it all was I asked a question and basically my spiritual guide checked me. I love this I can’t wait to grow with this each day but please can you tell me, what does my spiritual animal have human body but a lion face she is very beautiful might I add
This particular meditation has brought to the surface of a phobia I have been struggling to conquer. Phobia of holes. I don't remember the name of it. It gives me the chills and goose bump. In my mediation, my spirit guide helped me to shed the skin that was covered in holes. I found myself walking into a hall of holes with my spirit guide. Lastly, I was brought to space with stars sparkling. I think that the message is to not be afraid of change and to face my fears. I think that's exactly what it is. Thank you.
First time I did this meditation I did not protect myself properly and ended up meeting with a figure I had previously encountered earlier that day trying to smudge them up 😭 I knew I wasn’t meeting with a guide because they wouldn’t make me feel anxious and have snake eyes……… make sure you do proper protection!
Notes after meditation. Arent you happy? HERMIT - following the light, even when expectations plague us and anticipation kills us. Don't you think it's enough to be here now listening to my voice? Imagine him waking up in his tent, listening to the sounds of nature. Wouldn't it be easy for him to lie there and camp. Yet, here he is guiding you and I now. Other people don't always need to be there for you to experience true happiness, just because your body is silent, your mind is its loudest.
Serious question, is it possible for my "guide" to be myself? .... and all I saw was chaos in the sense of too much was happening at once and different time periods and scenery... I just want clarity and I just don't seem to find it 😓

My guide was a black lab - ran up to me and i instantly felt at home. It had been too long. Incredible!
