Besides, the other treatment options include chemical peels, laser light therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), micro needling, and camouflage makeup. Melasma is a common skin condition majorly found in women. In this, your skin gets pigmented with dark brown spots in a scattered manner and the cause behind getting melasma is not fixed, it is not possible to diagnose the cause of melasma as it varies depending upon many factors but you can treat it by taking simple precautionary steps. However, over time with various observations of different patients, there are two main causes of melasma: radiation, whether ultraviolet, visible light or infrared (heat) light; and hormones. Try a peel called MELINE PEEL AND PRF BIOFILLER. I am getting it done.
And year ago i had my done TCA peel 20% which reduced it like 50%...but due to one's advice i did laser and had worsen my life

Do TCA peel and then after 2 weeks start hydroquinone 2% for 3 months...apply sunscreen daily...u will thank me later
