Passover is only for the Jews. You would be making a big mistake to try and observe it as a Noahide. Also, as a Noahide, you would be helping the Jews to maintain the separation between us. Jews and Gentiles (of any stripe) are not considered part of the same family, but that does not mean there cannot be respect between us. All the best to you and your wife.
The other commenter is right, Passover commemorates an important part of the story of the *Jewish* people and Noahides are not expected nor encouraged to celebrate it, as beautiful and meaningful as it may be. But that doesn't mean your impulse is inherently wrong. If, deep down, you're really feeling drawn to become part of the Jewish people and celebrate those holidays as a Jew, you should speak about it with a Rabbi.
The life of a Noahide is very, very difficult. We do have our own "Mitsrayim" and also need redemption and to be rescued. We have aligned ourselves with HaShem's nation and their religion. The time of Pesach has the energy of redemption, which means we can ask and trust HaShem for that. We too, await for Israel's Moshiach. But we should NOT DO any of the Halakhic laws for any of the feasts. But we can trust in the auspicious times appointed by HaShem. FYI, many, many Noahides are totally alone. Many are actively persecuted, some even have their lives threatened (personal experience). We are rejected by family and friends and have no community. We have only HaShem to turn to. Please do not discard us, because I know HaShem does not.
That's wonderful, although you are seeing some different opinions here, the accuracy is that if you feel a strong calling of your soul to fulfill the mitzvot, you should do it, especially Passover, that, above the common knowledge this Chag is particularly important for the children of Yaakov (Ten tribes) and Yaakov according to many sources in the commentaries of the Tanakh, is a /remez/ of the ten tribes (for example Micah 3 v.8 with Malbim Beur Hamilot or Isaiah 43 v.1 with Abarbanel), not of the children of Yehudah. You will get surprised to know that the identity of the Ten Tribes as a separate and toublemaker nation was already beginning in Egypt and the Geulah is for the most part about these ten lost tribes coming back to their Land. I see your surname is German, Yaakov went to the exile of Assyria and then scattered throughout Western Europe to be light unto the nations (through music, arts, medicine, inventions, etc). Ephraim (a name for the Ten Tribes also) by the will of G-d gave to Ashkenaz and many japhetites a form of monotheism -christianity-, Western Europe went from the roman rule of man to the rule of law based on JudeoChristian values. So go ahead achi, keep everything to the best of your abilities, because if you were wrong thinking, you were a gentile and you kept nothing, that's a big punishment. Whatever the exact specifics of Jewish Law regarding Noahides, I applaud your instinct regarding Judaism and practicing Jewish traditions. I am a reformed-raised American who came to Chabad late in life, and all I have to say to you is Welcome. There have been so many Jews forced to convert over the years (ie: the Inquisition) my feeling is that gentiles who are drawn to Judaism are drawn so because their actual DNA is Jewish somewhere along the line. God didn't destroy us all during Babel, all Glory and Praise be to God. He separated us all and gave us languages, so we couldn't unite and destroy ourselves by angering God. During Purim, you have all failed to unite in God and give him all Praise and Glory. You weren't destroyed and spared to continue to exist. All Praise and Glory belongs to God for every day that we breathe. We all deserve to be destroyed, but God continues to be Merciful. We separated in the beginning because we united in Evil against God. We are now to LIVE united in God and with a UNITED LOVE for God in ONE FAITH and ONE LANGUAGE. The LANGUAGE of the Spirit is our UNITY. This is TRUTH. This is TORAH.
I Command all to drop your weapons and pick up your FAITH. We are all the Creation of God. When we strike each other, we strike at God because we all belong to him. This is TRUTH. This is TORAH.
It seems more in keeping with the opening subject to identify the three groups of Amaleikim as those found amongst Eisav, Yishmael and the Erev Rav - all of whom have united together to wage this current war against Klal Yisrael.
