The 'normal' hearing frequency range of a healthy young person is about 20 to 20,000Hz. This is 10Hz how is this even possible. This is basic science taught me in class 10 Science. Prove me wrong @Greenred Productions - Relaxing Music

To all you people out there, that suffer with Depression, go for a walk every day for 30 minutes or more if you can and you will see a marked difference in your mood. Walking has been proven to improve mood, equivalent to taking an antidepressant. Great video!

The reason it can help - look and notice objects around you, buildings, trees, benches, poles... etc. - it will draw your attention outside, makes you a bit extroverted. And doing it again and again, the best every day, will finally gives you a new point of view...

I absolutely agree. I use to be a spiritual advisor for death row inmates and their families. There are lots of reasons people do bad things and we have no right to judge. We need to love and forgive while praying for those who have been hurt and for those who have hurt others. Thank you for posting this message. God bless everyone, especially those who have been touched by evil. Unless you know their story you can’t judge and if you know their story you must forgive. Woah! As I first listened, I felt chills up and down my body! Then I started to talk to God so naturally.. I started to cry! But like you said, it wasn’t sad.. it was releasing something ! A stronghold that the devil has had on me for years now! I will beat this depression.. I will succeed in this life! With Jesus and God, truly anything is possible! Thank you. 6 years ago, someone put this sound out there for us. He, She or they don't know us but here we are, absorbing the waves and realizing that we are not alone. Whatever situation we are in or feeling that is "hurting" us, is part of us all and we just need to let it go at its own pace.
10Hz is very beneficial at the memory and the concentration too. It has really helped me with studying

I have asked the universe to remove negativity in my life and some people, and I lost a few people, I wonder if this is truly the work of the universe, because if it is, I now know I can have everything. My first time listening to binaural music. OMG!, this selection is like liquid love, beauty, peace and calm washing over me. Amazing...and thank you!
I have had brain problems for the past 6 or 7 years and developed strong social anxiety at the same time. I had been using your gamma video with gamma blinking light and a MicroPulse ICES M-1 set to gamma and foods with Lutein (based on Dr. Greger's videos on brain health) About 6 weeks ago, I needed to go to a Bridal Shower and it is something hard to do with social anxiety. I decided to switch from my normal routine to Alpha paired this one with a MicroPulse ICES set to an Alpha setting and I paired them with Broccoli Sprouts based on Dr. Greger's Autism and Broccoli video. I ended up healing social anxiety. I believe in sound therapy and have followed MIT's work for Alzheimer's, but I was still amazed that the Alpha setting could bring such calm and it has lasted since then. Some of it could be the broccoli sprouts and the MicroPulse ICES PEMF does help, but the combination together got rid of social anxiety, which I have been literally paralyzed by for years.

I love binaural beats. I listen to different beats and waves at different times of day to change how efficient I am. It helps me to start with alpha waves when I do creative/big picture work to move the needle. It keeps me in the flow.
