Great video! Love the emphasis on communication. If you have a sense of what exactly needs to be done and when, a lot of issues become resolved

Interesting video. I'm from the Netherlands as a jr. architect and almost all the points u called out, I experienced as well here in different firms. I am curious about the freelancing video in the future.

How are you struggling to get in? Is your current degree related to architecture in any way?

@@Moochers my degree is in architecture. Maybe it's my portfolio maybe it's my CV maybe it's my cover letter. I'm not getting much feedback from companies either so it's hard to improve most companies are too busy to get back to me when I ask. I also have no work experience so it's hard to compete

@@junkdragonfly Ah,I see. Yea getting your first job is the toughest part. I got my first job through a recommendation from a professors. Talk to your professors and see if you could get a recommendation to your first job. Once you get your first job you can transition to other firms much easier.

@junkdragonfly Or you could apply straight to do your Part 2. Your former university should accept you straightaway if you got at least a 2:1. At least that was my case. Although I decided to go to another university I was accepted at other universities without Part 1 work experience. So maybe give a shot and increase your employability by finishing your masters?

@@MCA391 I do see the benefits however I find it hard to commit to putting myself further into a hole as it may not work out even after that
