This song was recorded when she was recovering from a double mastectomy and the video was filmed less than a year after her multiple operations. The sheer courage of this woman is inspiring, her resilience breath taking and her talent awe inducing. She is one tough cookie and a seriously amazing vocalist! Major respect for this woman

Anastacia is an artist, who may have suffered a lot, yet she's getting better and better. I like the simplicity in her lyrics and Resurrection is one of the best albums ever released!! She may not have gained the fame that other singers have(like Lady Gaga, Rihanna, B. Spears etc.), but at least Anastacia does not sell her private life and her body!!

It's CRAZY how her voice hasn't changed AT ALL in the last 10-20 years (might've gone even better tbh). Props to her for always staying strong throughout her hardships!

This is one of those songs that has a great rock vibe. Watched her 2021 Live Concert and this was one of the songs that caught my eyes. I loved her covers of ACDC, Foo Fighters, and Guns and Roses! All the band mates were awesome. I like how she gives each member their own unique song and introduces each and appreciates everyone equally. That is true respect for everyone in the band. I never known, about popularity of her music. I was taking guitar lessons and she was mentioned by one of the other students I was taking lessons with. I gave her music a listen and liked it. Freak of Nature was the first album I heard of hers. I compare her voice to Taylor Dane. I actually saw Taylor Dane, sing a free concert up at Easton once by Virgin Record Store in Columbus, OH. I never knew about it and was just heading to Virgin to go inside and look for some music and she just got up onstage and I instantly recognized who she was. So, I stayed and watched her entire performance. Its like I was meant to see a star that day!

une longue période d'absence en france,surtout ici on oublie svt les bons artistes! moi qui est fan depuis 2000,qui l'a vu en concert plusieurs fois en france et en europe. elle cartonne ds les autres pays d"europe (italie, pays bas). on a contacté BMG, en france tout est à refaire niveau promo, c'est ce qu'ils nous ont dit. C'est pour ça on diffuse au max la chanson mais avec une petite fanbase jamais facile:)

***** oh beh grazie!! :) però devo ammettere che parecchie canzoni di Emma e Alessandra mi piacciono! :P sinceramente se di una canzone mi piace il testo, mi emoziona e/o mi fa venire voglia di cantare (ed è meglio se sto zitta visto quanto sono stonata xD) e ballare, allora l'ascolto e basta senza farmi problemi sul cantante :-) di cantanti italiane/i adoro Giorgia, ha una voce favolosa, ma qui non è abbastanza apprezzata. Anche Eros Ramazzotti e Max Pezzali sono bravi! L'unico genere che non mi scende proprio è il rap italiano che sta spopolando in questi anni, è più forte di me, ma se agli altri piace buon per loro... alla fine è tutta una questione di gusti quindi chi sono io per dire che fa schifo? ;-)
Assolutamente, le critiche vanno più che bene, soprattutto se costruttive. Quello che intendevo io è che molte volte lo si esterna con parole sbagliate, spesso anche "insultando" una persona per i suoi gusti musicali o etichettando negativamente un genere particolare, credendo di avere ragione solo perché a te (in generale) non piace. Non è il tuo caso mi sembra! ;-) ho fatto un discorso più ampio senza spiegarmi bene nel commento precedente scusa xD mi riferisco a moltissimi commenti che si leggono qui su youtube dove molte persone si reputano migliori di altre in base ai gusti personali xD
Io ad esempio non posso vedere Vasco Rossi ma mi limito a non ascoltarlo proprio invece di fare delle critiche perché so che molti non le apprezzerebbero e inizierebbero delle discussioni che trovo inutili proprio perché ognuno ha i propri gusti (e sentirmi dare dell'idiota o peggio solo perché a me non piace mi fa innervosire un sacco) :-)
