They never had a world best playmaker as Europe countries . Same with Argentina . They got the world class wingers and attackers . Very few really pure 10s who's legends. I do see coutinho as the one who had most potential of all playmaker they had. Otherwise best South American playmaker ever is riquelme but he's Argentinian. I also loved Recoba. If Ronaldinho played 10 then hes the best brazil playmaker they ever had
