Hi Jennifer. Thanks for letting me know. I have just had a look at it. It seems that one of the songs is no longer licensed for UA-cam. I have muted the track but it will affect the exercise unfortunately. There is no way to get around this without paying for the music license which is $$$$$$. I try to avoid this, but sometimes the music publishers change their licensing of tracks.
I've been following your videos especially the stretches and they've helped my flexibility and balance quite a bit. I'm 65 and recovering from an accident. Following along with both of you is getting me ready for the adult ballet classes I've put off for too long. Thank you !!!
So much fun and I love waking up to do your workouts! I pick a different one each time I do a workout now to use different muscles and to keep from getting bored. These are low impact and have helped the osteoarthritis in my knees!
Oh, cramp - it is part of ballet 😝. And there are many things that can contribute to this depending on you and your body. General suggestions: massage the feet before pointing; relax the foot and don't over point when doing a tendu; if you feel a cramp coming on, immediately flex and relax the foot; roll a ball on the sole of the foot prior to class. Hope these help, generally though, the more you do, the less your foot should cramp, but it may take time.
