I love your suggestion of short tip videos. Coloring snow, layers of feathers, and glowing skylines as you showed are all things I'd be very interested in learning how to do. I've always loved your coloring, but I was blown away by the harpy!!! 😄

Hi Peta, after watching your videos on book reviews i have just purchased Mythomorphia, Imagimorphia & Animorphia, they are books i would probably overlook on the shelf but I cannot wait to get started on these amazing books so thankyou for taking the time to review them, I have also ordered a few more from the Book Depository after watching your reviews. I am new to colouring but looking at your finished colourings gives me inspiration and cannot wait until i get to your standard. Thank you

Thank you for the wonderful review. I think I like the doodle style in this book better than the first two, and the subject matter is so much fun! I may just think about picking this one up.
The pictures you colored are stunning! It's always fun to see you turn the page to a completed picture as you do the reviews. Thank you for sharing your time and talent with us. And thanks to your hubby, too! He always does such a nice job with the editing.

My son and I played WoW for years when he was younger. I see that game everywhere I go but I especially see it in this book. Wonderful review and fun learning about all the different creatures. Thank you, Peta!

Great review Peta, thank you! Each time I see a colored image of his books, I am really tempted. Even more so with this one, as there is less doodling and I love all these mythology creatures. Love the winter scene you colored, looking forward to the tutorials!

I have just started Imanginorphia. I find the little bits something of a challenge, so I tried watercolour. I have found that if there is too much water, the colour bleeds through to the previous page, but if the brush is almost dry it doesn't even wrinkle the paper. I also use my Prismas in combination with the WC. Do you have any suggestions for the bits of smoke in the pictures? Thank you.

the most blokey book i have, and my favourite. i got the french version of this. as you say, this is better for soft core pencils. i prefer hard core pencils, and i couldnt layer. it chewed my pencils up quickly. i did the yeti pic using a colour palette from pinterest (and a couple of greys), as suggested in your vid. really pleased with how it came out, and so much easier than trying to decide which colours to use as i go along. i'll def be trying that again.

Hello to a fellow WoW player. :). my main, at the moment, is Shaman although I also have a Druid that i have played as my main since a month after it's initial release. The day's of vanilla WoW when it took you 22 minutes to fly from Gadgetztan to Darkshore...those were the days! lol.

Hi... yes he did one through Amazon's print store. It's great but the paper is that terrible thin stuff that I can't stand to colour on. I wish he'd reprint it using good paper.

I just bought this book and when I first looked thru it all I could think was this author plays WoW lol I myself play WoW and so many pictures started reminding me of the game for example the turtle with the island on his back is like the first area for Pandas, and all the sirens are like the nagas that are thru out the whole game, I think this is one of the main reasons I really picked up this book more than his others

I think this is my favorite of the three. I appreciate the style of art in the first two with the doodles and such but it's not my favorite to color. This is right up my ally. I'll have to pick this book up and add it to my collection. I'm dying over that unicorn!

I really loved imagimorphia and when I saw this I had to have it. I couldn't wait for a whole book of mythological creatures in his doodle style. BUT when I got it I was, as one of the few it seems, very dissapointed in its content.
I loved the crazy details and fun hidden doodles all around in his previous drawings, but here there's only 1 such drawing. And they even had the nerve to put that on the cover! Because of that I didn't do any research and knew of his previous work, so I had no reason to.
It's a good book in its own right and I will, at some point, color some of the pages. But I wouldn't have bought it if I knew his style had changed so dramaticaly.
