If these are temporarys (I really hope they are) then possibly yes. The temporary coating they apply to your teeth pre veneers is a composite material close to the final outcome. It's not exactly how the final result will be. Being a plain white composite they generally are quite white and not natural looking at all. When it's time to fit the final veneers the temporary composite is removed and the final porcelain veneers will be installed. These can look pretty much like natural teeth as they are a ceramic and are shaped and have the translucency of natural teeth. So i'm hoping that Michael is in the middle of treatment and waiting on finals. It's entirely possible he has requested extremely white porcelain veneers installed which just simply look unnatural. So if these are final veneers the secondary effect of a lisp really means this was not a great outcome and the dentist really should have steered him away from this option. Looks ridiculous and affected his speech. The thing is, some people just want to look this way and even when the dentist says they think it's not a good idea they have to follow the patients requests. Same thing with tattoos and other cosmetic surgery. I guess as long as he's happy with it then that's all the matters. There could be some reshaping done to correct the lisp also so maybe not entirely bad.

The problem with all the luxury watches is that EVERY ONE is a 1/200 or 1/2000. All these manufactures change 1 or 2 things on a model every year, add a rose gold option or change the bezel and the dealers call it a "rare" model. In reality its just a new paint job on the same old watch.
