Ameer-ul-Mu`mineen Fil Ḥadeeth Isḥāq b Rahwayh (Allāh have mercy upon his soul) said:
“To whomever an authentic Ḥadeeth of Prophet ﷺ is conveyed and he rejects it without any fear or hesitation then he is a disbeliever.“

Bukhari was not the first person to write down hadith. He didn't introduce something new. Long before him scholars accepted hadith and wrote hadith compilations and before them the Companions wrote and accepted hadith as well.

As the above comment said, you don’t even know who Bukhari is. You think Bukhari came and just started writing down Ahadith claiming they are from the prophet ﷺ. The reality is that the oral AND written transmission of Ahadith started at the time of the prophet ﷺ, Long before Bukhari. What Bukhari merely did, is compile all of the authentic Ahadith that were narrated, and put them into 1 compilation of authentic Ahadith only.
Before him there were already works of Hadith, the study of Hadith was already an established part of the religion because the prophet ﷺ himself started it, and it’s transmission was in practice for centuries. This notion that Bukhari started Hadith is a corrupt one that was started by people like you to try and belittle the authenticity of the science of hadeeth so you can dismiss it without being held accountable.
And the difference between Paul and Bukhari, is that Paul claims thinks that aren’t verifiable, whereas Bukhari never wrote Hadeeth from his own accord but instead only compiled the statements of the prophet ﷺ. Although your comparison of Paul the Mushrik to our Imam Al Bukhari, is enough as a testimony for your diseased heart
If anything the Bible is written in a style similar to the Hadith. It has many eyewitness testimonies and quotes that have been passed and written.
You choose which route you want to believe and pursue.
However, the Quran is straight chapter for chapter, never changed once it was revealed and is direct and clear compared to the contents in the Bible, though they do resemble each other at times.
