This was such a powerful message! When a situation is not just broken into little pieces, but decimated into dust that no man can fix dust... You cannot glue DUST, but in the Potter's Hand, dust with the Living Water is clay. I am forever changed by this ILLUMINATING message. We long for perfection because we are not built to only be satisfied in God. We are not meant for a lesser love. This message has stirred me to CRAVE time with the Lord and chew on the Word and press deeper into His Presence. Profound.

I hope in God alone and am growing in faith. His will be done and His best plans will come to pass in our lives. I do not want her miracle to enable me to have false hope, like hope for my circumstances to work out, sadly, though.

Elevation Church This message has touched my soul at just the moment I needed it. That’s how I know it’s The Holy Spirit speaking through Lysa in this message. I want to achieve so many things every time I try I feel overwhelmed by what is happening right now. But I know that God has good planned for me and nothing I do or don’t do will take His good away from my life. That gives me peace in the now knowing no matter what, I’m in His hands and He understands.

I am crying! Because i am living her story. And i have believing my husband will be changed by God. I had some news that shattered my heart once again and i told the lord please i have prayed i have praised i have loved and forgiven i have believed please i can’t anymore. I then worshipped the lord because he is good no matter what happens. All night i have dealt with anxiety and heaviness in my heart and felt literal pain. I decided to watch this message and when hearing her story brought me to tears because it helped lift me up when i can’t anymore. God is so good that he would send me a message in my time of deepest of hurts. One day i will share my story and and give hope to someone in need as she did for me this early morning. Thank you father for this couple

My husband ended his life while I was on the phone with him, 7 months ago. I have literally been “just” surviving. I’m tired of just hanging by a thread. I almost couldn’t make it to church today. And when I got there, I almost left the service. But I’ve realized that when I get low, I have to stop and just start thanking God for everything. I know this is an old video. But I’m just watching it. I needed to hear this in this moment.

"Abba Father, take this cup from me... Yet NOT what I want but Your Will." I completely agree,
God's plan is Good, and I trust Him, even if it doesn't feel good to go through this painful season.

@@kelo6762 - That's right! Lysa is not obeying God's word in scripture. If anything, she should _only teach women._ And never on the pulpit in front of the church - especially the men. *_These are God's instructions for us, and they have no expiration date._* The scriptures Lysa taught are the very reason God made those rules! The woman believed Satan, disobeyed God, and convinced the man to follow her sinful behavior. Satan deceived Eve, not Adam. Eve deceived Adam with Satan's lies. It ruined all human's lives on this planet for thousands of years - right up to present time, and gave satan the control. That is why God put MAN in authority over the woman, not the other way around. God knows what's best for us. Sadly, Lysa is constantly disobeying God's important instructions for her. And I won't be listening to anymore of her 'teachings.'

Mark 14:34 The explanation of Jesus saying "watch".... Two years ago today I lost my dad. I remember sitting in a private waiting room and praying. I prayed for God to heal my dad but I also prayed if He didn't I would still praise Him. I had thought of Jesus at that moment and remembered how to pray. Watching this message on Sunday reminded me of that moment. I know God can change any situation but Jesus showed us how to handle those moments. Jesus came to die on a cross, He was not going to change it remember He told Peter "away from me Satan" when Peter spoke of stopping the plan... I pray for what I think is best yet pray for me to accept whatever His plan is.

Amen! I never thought about the tree the way it was explained here. God is such an honest
Transparent God that he allowed there to be a tree of knowledge because he didn't want the relationship He had with us to be one of manipulation or puppeteering. He wanted it to be honest. But He loves us so much that He wanted to protect our hearts from the burden of that knowledge. He is such a Dad lol. I think of my parents. They didn't lock the fridge or the pantry or never let me play outside simply because of the risks involved like snacking too much or getting hurt outside. They advised and placed rules to protect me from my own impulses because the burden of trauma and consequences were going to be too big. God is so Good and so wise.

I was always taught that its not proper to get up in front of the church and talk bad about your mate like its another arm of Facebook. I watched her sermon and looked at her husband smile but I felt kind of like ok can we move on now. I think that perhaps she needs to get some serious prayer or counseling because the more she goes out there and does this talk show deal talking about her being this great book writer and telling her story to the world through another venue is like pouring gasoline on an old wound of unfaithfulness.I am sure she is still probably grieving over being married to this guy for 20 years then to find out all of what she found out but I think its time to tell a new story of how good God is not shaming in to the world over and over again is like taking his manhood and crushing it out there on the social media.I was shocked to hear her tell this story on this secular talk show. Its different to share it with her church but there needs to come a time where she seriously forgives him and blesses him with mercy. And maybe even give him a microphone to tell his side of the story. Instead of the writers husband. I am just saying Look at Joyce Meyer she tells stories on her husband but would never get up and dog him out to the world. @@depreepounds4332

“Watch and pray.” ...I’ll never read it the same way again:
    (1) Watch (2) Pray
When we witness our brothers and sisters endure tribulations--watch and pray! It doesn’t matter if they are in the Bible, sitting next to us, or are ministry leaders. God continues to show us how to respond to the most devastating of hurts and losses through the example of others. Praise Him that He still has the power of resurrection after we have suffered a little while!!
So many scriptures come to mind!!
Holy Spirit, please minister to many, many hearts through this message and through this couple’s story. Please give their union a powerful resurrection over DHG.
    In Jesus name, Amen!

From Tulsa, OK out of Transformation Church: Our Be-group (small group) is a women's group full of diverse woman who in all their separate journeys were brought together in a season to study her book It's Not supposed to Be This Way, where the majority of this message can be derived in far more depth, and I have to say that this message, these words, this enlightenment to disappointment has forever changed our group and especially this girl. What impacted me more than anything was her declaration to her husband in this sermon. When you read the book.... you see why that small one on one she had was SUCH a picture of forgiveness, of Grace..... and the unfailing love of God that can take dust and create beauty from the ashes in a way that is matchless and beyond understanding. It is what God had spoken to me through her book that saved my life in the aftermath of devastation in my life, where God finally had me at the absolute end of myself so that HE could finally be the Redeemer of my life.

I thank Lisa and her family for being so brave to share their story. I to have lived on both sides of the experience. In the last 22 years I have either been the unfaithful or the one being betrayed. Before that I was raised in a home full of abuse, lies, betrayal, insecurity, despair, and financial ruin that my parents built. In 2016 I conceived my youngest child during a time of unfaithfulness to my children's father. Before this, I told him I was leaving him for another man. After begging me to stay we learned of the pregnancy and the battle of keeping the child begin. He told me that he was the father of this child and that was that; I thank God because he was right! We began to plan to marry (yes, we've been together for 16 years and are not married ) we seemed to be doing well and the birth of our son happened, completing our family of 4 children(3 that we shared and 1 from my previous marriage). Before our youngest son was a year old my then fiance asked for his ring back. He was depressed and remembering the past and began his own journey of infidelity. In the last 2 years there have been 2 women, both with their own children, to suffer not knowing that all the while he was seeing them he was telling me we would work it out. I know this battle so well and my soul has begged, like Jesus, that this be taken from me but not my will bur God's be done. I know that is plan for my family, for me is good even though sometimes it doesn't feel or look good.
Thank you and God bless you for all that you have continue to do! Keep this hope for the good of God to prevail going!

This message is packed deep with so much treasure to keep us busy digging for quite some time with the Lord. Thank you both, Lysa & Art for allowing God to use your brokenness and deep devastation to continually reproduce LIFE and HOPE and NEW BEGINNINGS for those who will grab hold and seek Him. Amen and amen💞🕆💞
