The real hero 's name is Oleg. Even he is homeless, he takes care 30 dogs what a amazing affair. Hope he also gets helped and the dogs can be supported.
I don't think we will probably ever know why poor Oleg is homeless It's awful to see but it may be his choice. At least he has regular contact with the dog rescuers who have befriended him. The ancient and basic equipment that the rescuers have shows just how hard they work with little money for the good of these animals. They are fantastic people. 👏❤

He had only *two dogs* 3 years previously. He irresponsibly allowed them to *breed!* I fail to see how that makes him a blessing! Especially when other people are having to *help him* to feed them all, provide veterinary care, neuter, and find new homes for them. That makes him a *burden* on others, not a blessing!!
