Adolf is a sweet boy, he knows this is a baby human so he is cautious. I think cats show alot more tolerance with the young ones because they understand they are somewhat clumsy and vulnerable. Lucky you to have such trustworthy company in him.
I think this is playing with fire. the owner is in the worng here. shes tempting fate with this stunt. babies and animals should not interact cause they both dont know better. and here we have a caracal. its fine until it isnt but that situation can always be avoided
Sooooo much FRIENDLIER than the others I've seen - who are plain aggressive! Guessing he grew up in this household since a cub. Hence v well socialised.
Just watching it despite there was very little aggression,it still kinda scared me, for the fact that is original a wild animal approaching a baby!! That baby easily could have been that beast's next snack if it was hungry or pissed off!!!! That's taking a VERY dangerous risk!!!!
Adolf is such a sweetheart! 😻 Very well behaved, and a very mild temperament compared to all the other domesticated Caracal's. The only times I've seen Adolf get angry in videos is when Mooka starts messing with with him, and even then he keeps a cool composure for most of lt till a certain point.
You guys must have a lot money in Russia, as you have a dangerous wild cat running around in the house with a baby, but it is ok in Russia. Good for you!
Remember it takes just 2 seconds for Adolph to revert to his animals instincts. Babies are invasive having not learned human boundaries let alone animals ones. Your kitty 🐈 was being very cautious meowing rather then hissing, which is the Caracals normal disposition. Trepidously I enjoyed your video.
I love Adolf's trilling meows as he tries to figure out what your baby is...😄 The caracal trill is unique in the wild cat world ! 👌 At least, he didn't hiss and growl at the baby...😉🙂
Cats know to protect the clans baby. I had a hairless cat who would at first want to eat my baby chickens then he figured they were apart of the family and mothered them like a hen keeping them warm.
Having now watched an interview with Floppa’s people my mind is more at rest over his welfare; for those who haven’t seen it, apparently these lynxes have been with humans for a very, very long time to assist in hunting, and this lady’s three lynxes were born in captivity and their parents/grandparents before them so they have become very domesticated over a long period of time and apparently Floppa does not like the ‘great outdoors’ ! The only worry I still have is his huge size..they will eventually cause damage to his internal organs keeping him this big. Also, even a domestic kitty can hurt a bit when getting over-excited in play…just saying!
To each their own, but to me owning a WILD Animal no matter how expensive or beautiful is not a pet! I'd be petrified having is around my baby. I bet there are cases where a Caracal living in a home has Attacked someone. Insane☹️no thx.
It’s amazing to me how people can clearly see that these animals do not like humans and are not able to be domesticated. They just aren’t large enough to flat out kill you but you can see their attitude is worse than a big cats. They do not like humans and they do not want to live with you or anyone or anything else. They clearly want to be left alone in the wild. Not have humans in their face everyday.
notice how he never hisses around the baby - so sweet!
maybe you should watch it again.
Caracals are not animal s that should be domesticated. It's risky for the baby .
@@RD-ij2sz yeah im sure youre such a now-it-all about animal behavior.

We see a baby. Adolf sees a chicken that he's not allowed to eat
😂😂😂😂
Lol
That’s offensive :(
I think you see the chicken more than Adolf. Keep away from small children. 🧐

Adolf is meowing ❤🥰
it's odd, most caracals don't meow. they only know how to hiss and growl.
@@landsead12Funfact: "Meowing" was developed by Cats so they can communicate with Humans!
He's gonna rip your face off 😂.
he says karr, but in 0:45 it was more of a warning growl
Just came here to hear this Lady say his name so sweetly.. "Adooolph"

The only aggressive floppa Ive seen has been pumba but he only hisses excessively when the camera is in his face
Gosha is also pretty friendly. Or at least not aggressive.

I love how cats sniff and then lick their lips. Cutest creatures of all time.
When a cat pulls it's ears back, it's about to jack you up. Wonderful parenting

Of the male caracals he and goshi and kimbo are very calm and docile, but the cutest of all is Gus, there is no video of her hissing.

Спасибо за Любовь к жизни!
My old cat despised children. If they were under 6-7 years of age, they got warned, then they got chewed on.
He is so annoyed & desperate because he can't eat that baby😂
Ok this is really scary. I know the cat is probably trained but I'm still scared that it might just bite the child's head off
