I love By Kilian Ladies collection, even Forbidden Games which everyone considers it as a generic scent. Black phantom.....hmmmmmmmm.... I bought a simple and I tried on my skin... but... I got a negative comments like " You smell wired!
Kilian has always had that edgy, "enfant terrible" vibe for me.I really like them, but I feel that they can be quite polarising for those that have not been deep diving in the fragrance world. Not in a bad way, but certainly in a challenging one.

Absolutely adore your videos! Long comment ahead… Opinion only, but I wonder if some niche perfumes aren’t nice for people to smell on themselves, if they’ve been used to the generic designer fragrances their whole lives. There is NO problem with wearing inexpensive perfume, you wear what you love. But I disliked Kilian at first. Then as I got older, I noticed I’d keep trying niche perfumes over and over, and my nose started to change to pick up different notes and longevity. First example, Christian Louboutin Loubirouge. Was disappointed as it didn’t last and smelled more masculine. Kept it as I love the bottle and figure it’s a bit of a collector’s piece. Then as time went on, I’ve started to love it, and people notice it on me. I pick up on the expensive vanilla in it, and the cardamom is done so well. Woman in Gold and Rolling in Love were like this for me. Kind of gross at first, and not long lasting. Now I love them and get more longevity out of them, my man adores them on me. Just blind bought: Liaison Dangereuse GGGB Extreme Excited to try. Nearly bought Playing with the Devil and Voulez Vous, instead, but too many mixed reviews so I decided on the safer approach.
Straight To Heaven is nice but it hasn't blown me away to be honest. It reminds me of Music Festival by M.M - nothing too bad about that, but it's not what I'm looking for. I often go to Jazz After Dark in Soho where Amy first started out, so what Back To Black might be the one.

I wonder if you had the chance to sample Single Malt London byKilian. I am curious if it might be similar to Barronda by Nasomotto or Pure Malt by Mugler? By similar I mean the same vibe probably must different quality but just curious? Hope the day finds you well and great content as usual.

Back to Black really put me off Killian. I just got a headache and a synthetic, sweet mess like cheap sweets and bubblegum. The honey was a very synthetic note for me but I find very few perfumes can do a nice, natural honey. It's a shame because I was rather looking forward to trying something with a gingerbread note in it (which I picked up and liked). I think there's just too many notes in it trying to do too many things.
Great brand, great video. Have you tried the „Extreme“ version of Straight to Heaven. Although I like the normal version, the extreme version is outstanding.
I got a sample pack. It had Love don't be shy, good girl gone bad, moonlight in heaven, black phantom and straight out of heaven. At first sniff, I really liked good girl gone bad and moonlight in heaven. Love dont be shy was good, but too sweet for me. I highly disliked straight out of heaven...too boozy for me. Then black phantom....at first sniff I hated it. It smelled nutty to me? It was weird, but then throughout the day...it seemed better. Then I loved it. So I don't like it at first spray....but loved it afterwards. I am going to finish the samples and pick one to get a bottle

Well I'm very glad I waited to watch this one properly. I'm so glad you liked Rolling in Love, subtle but so so beautiful, makes me think of a kiss. Back to Black too, subtle but heavenly. I didn't expect to like Voulez Vouz and moonlight in Heaven but again they were wondeful. And musk oud ♥️ yes it's absolutely fantastic. Straight to Heaven was a little too earthy for me 🙊 but I can see why you love it so much, the Extreme is a lot smoother and more vanilla love that one. And actually in love with the GGGB Eau Fraîche, might be the next one I get 🙊 but yes... I think I love Kilian even more after that 😁 what a fantastic video from one of my faves ❤️

Great video as always !, but you missed vodka on the rocks its my favourite very fresh but elegant. I use gold knight in special occasions and works very well with a suit. if you like musk oud try rose oud or pure oud love the but there are very difficult to get.
I’ve owned one Kilian fragrance - cruel intentions. I’m glad you did not feature it here because after TRYING to love it for 6 months I sold the rest of the bottle 😂 I could not get used to its strength!! There wasn’t a delicate, feminine edge to that scent. I felt so fancy wearing that as a 20 year old tho
I have Good girl gone bad but on my skin, it seems more linear. I do not know if it is just my nose or skin. I like it but I don't love it though it is perfect for formal occasions, floral, feminine, classy but basic smelling to me.
