Fabulous house, the only thing I think I would change would be to swap the primary en-suite with the dressing room as I’d rather have the window in the bathroom. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Hi there, we get this comment all the time and we can only say that it’s all about the location. A highly sought after location will always come at a premium. The house price gets bumped up because of the land price and of course the demand! If you find a house type that you love and are flexible on location, you can seek it out further up north where there is less competition or in another location where the land value is lower. Thanks for watching 😊
This was a nice house, though expensive, but you gave a beautiful presentation! I would have liked to hear and see more of the Zero Carbon property attributes though, which makes it slightly different to standard properties you normally tour... 😉
The sales details state it is zero carbon ready meaning it will not need to be retrofitted to become net zero carbon at a future date. A lot of new build houses now have this specification having air source heat pumps and high levels of insulation.
Always interesting to see what you can get in other parts of the country. £1 million (or there abouts) even for a good postcode, outside London, is interesting as its very overlooked, the garden is small and the bedrooms are pretty small IMO. I'm always interested to see the 'new build house' prices in 5-10 years. Do property Vlogs not do resales or older renovated home tours?
Hi there, we totally do conversions, refurbishments and renovated homes. Check out our videos below: www.youtube.com/@PropertyVlogsUK/search?query=convert
I was looking at a house in Harrison Drive BR1 that was the exact same but flipped and built in 2007, that was 1.25million so this location better be good to be worth that much
So nearly a million quid for the house, and then however much you need to spend installing a better heating system, because god knows those ground source heat pumps are just garbage...even if the house is insulated to the eyeballs, you still can't get anywhere near the temperatures that you can get with a gas central heating system. Pass. Hard pass.
Very pleasing to the eye. Sense of space and style.
I am so glad to see a pantry in a British home!
Great host/presenter/salestaff.
👍
Thank you :)

Thanks for the feedback 😉
i was going to say exactly the same but its there because the soil pipe goes to the downstairs loo!!
really nice house and good layout and for once 4 decent sized bedrooms, great tour as always guys, thanks
Really nice house, but I would never have thought it was close to a million.
I mean it's definitely nice, but there's no way that this house should cost almost £1 million...

It isn't zero carbon - it's zero carbon ready according to their website. Two different things. Nice tour.
Great attention to detail :)
Garden is a let down.. nice house generally
Location please
Bedfordshire, in Clophill to be specific :D
Probably will go for £750k / 850k? There’s no UFH.
If it goes for 1 million I’m selling my house!!!
Thanks for the tour x
My wife loves to watch these. But it’s extractor fan not extract fan 😝
Haha, a slip of the tongue! Thanks for the note :P
but only an 'extractor' if it does actually extract to the outside!! most houses don't and its just a filter to catch the grease and smells ;-)
