Nice home. One thing I've noticed with developers is that they use the SAME size fridge & freezer for a 1 bed & a 5 bed home, which absolutely makes no sense to me. This size of home would benefit from an American style fridge freezer!
@@stevieg6418 I think everyone knows that appliances can be changed, but the cut out for the fridge is pretty much set tho. You hv to do a lot of work to make room for a bigger fridge, is the point.
I like the fact that the stairs are situated at the back of the hallway. Agree with everyone else that the fridge and freezer are tiny. Rumi, I challenge you to find a show home with adequately proportioned fridge and freezer. 😉
Having that office at the front is so useful. As someone who works remotely from home a couple of days a week it’s ideal to be able to shut off the noise from the rest of the house and separate yourself from ‘home space’ to get in to the zone of work! I love the tall windows as some have commented on. The amount of light is amazing and makes it feel really spacious. Reminds me of Georgian style windows with how low they are. I personally dislike small pokey windows that start half way up the wall (or sometime higher) . I also appreciate that they didn’t add an island to the kitchen. The peninsula is fab for being able to cook at the stove while still feeling part of family life ‘supervising kids/ keeping an eye on a tv show you may be watching. I love that it’s a hob instead of a sink that you’d usually find. I don’t spend hours at a sink but I do spend hours at a stove! You could always add an island if you bought this house. But I don’t feel it’s needed and the space to move is nice. The master may not have a tub but there is literally one two feet away!? So non issue imho. Only gripe I agree with that’s been mentioned here is that the developers use the same size fridge regardless of the size of the home. I found some of the picky comments here really odd tbh. But to each their own!
That master room is to die for 🥰🥰🥰 loving the colour scheme , those wall papers are gorgeous... My one issue which is seen everywhere is the space they leave for fridges, you can't fit a big family house with such tiny fridges.. I wish these kitchen designers upgrade those... But fabulous house indeed
Tumi & Brian, Another beautiful house... Apart from those awful long windows its perfect, I could just move in but would be too big for just myself, love the kitchen / dining room / informal lounge space...
Beautiful house, I love places with a symmetrical double fronted look from the outside. Really hard to find anything wrong, everything is really lovely, the only thing I’d do differently would be to have the shower controls in a more accessible place as the shower cubicles are so spacious.
The only thing I don't like about this house is the long windows down stairs and the position of the stove in the kitchen. I would change the sink position and put the stove in that position because it is safer if children are around.
No tub in master🥺? Kitchen is crying out for an island🥴. Knock through that silly room-closet masquerading as an office whatever room in front of house & enlarge living room. Otherwise nice.
overall very beautifully designed house, layout works except for the utility - i understand why they put it there but should have an outside door so you can come in from outside and deboot, clean the dog or just take the washing out. Not keen on the full length windows upstairs, no walking around in just your underwear without blinds!!. Great tour though.
Hi Andrew, your comment made us smile re: the underwear. Our reply to this would be some frosted film to the bottom half. You would still get the benefit of the light and the privacy would be there because of the film.
@@PropertyVlogsUK lol just one of those thoughts that popped in my head - how many just jump out of bed and wonder around as nature intended?? lots i think!!! I know their are 'solutions' quite easily available ;-)
At only 2100 square feet , this should be a 4 bed ( at best ) that 5th "bedroom" is so tiny it's an insult to call it a bedroom but then I guess they can charge more for a 5 bed versus a 4 bed 🤦♂️. The overall design is good but this should a 4 bed.
Welcome to another Property Vlogs tour. The Farringford is a stunning home and we hope our enjoyed our walkthrough.

I agree completely ! The freezer is a,ways far too small!
Couldn't agree more.. give us a fridge worthy of the house 🤣🤣
You know there is space for another fridge. When one buys a house you are not beholden to what is there. Just make the space how you want it.
Totally agree.

This house deserves master bath suite with separated toilet with window and a walk in wardrobe.

Wow this is my absolute dream house.

The fridge thing is so annoying.. turned ours into a storage cupboard, couldn't fit my fridge in it and wasn't going to get a new one 🤣😅
Thoroughly enjoyed reading your comment, lots of great points there! Thanks for watching 😊
Spitfire homes never disappiont. Gorgeous home.

Impressive amount of bonuses!!! 😂🤣

lovely but not keen on the drain pipes in the middle of the front of the house and the metal porch
Can you give me more information please

800g where the hell is the garage, all these new properties don't even have a basic necessity
The double garage is situated to the right of the property. Tumi mentioned it at approximately 1:12.
£800k for that 😳. £500k max.

One man's big house is another man's flat... Big ha
Powder room = toilet.
