It's FM22 Rebuild time yet again on a Sunday as this week we are taking our talents north of the border to manager Rangers!
Having lost the SPL title to Celtic in real life, we pick things up in May 2022 to see what we can achieve over the next 5 seasons with the blue half of Glasgow.
To make the last even harder, I will only be able to sign Scottish players! Let's see what we can do!

I have always made content throughout my professional career, however, it has always been for someone else. In May 2020 I decided that it was time to create something for myself. Football Manager has always been a game that I have loved so wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the tips and tricks that I've learnt!

Might be a decent experiment too, like a Barca type thing. Rangers get only Scottish players, Celtic get only Irish players, but they can both sign players from Northern Ireland as well. Dunno if that's possible with the editor though.
Celtic not allowed Scottish wouldn't work very well for registration, maybe Celtic (Scottish, Irish or Welsh), Rangers (Scottish or English).
@@nighthawk6692 True, celtic scotland and republic of ireland, rangers scotland and n. Ireland. In FM somehow I see a lot of northern irish players at rangers and Irish (rep) at celtic, I always wonder if it's down to affiliate clubs or maybe some background hard coded thing.
As a Rangers fan that Greg Taylor transfer, FM or not, gave me severe heartburn 😂

Oh it's hilarious that Billy was on loan at Celtic. He and his family are Rangers through and through, so much so that when he moved to Norwich, his mother wouldn't touch the green part of the Norwich scarf because green is Celtic's color.

Siriki Dembele is actually Karamoko Dembeles brother, who did play for celtic yes but now hes moved on a free to Brest just this summer.

For anyone doing a Rangers save, Hagi as a Mezzala is so OP. Got him in my prem teams and he still does the business.
A very challenging rebuild with the stipulation you added, progress was very good. With regards a rebuild, I'm still waiting (8 months and counting lol ) for you to do Preston North End who were the 1st ever English League Champions.

I’m surprised you managed to get those Celtic players - was there not a version of FM/CM that would say something like “we’re not prepared to sell to you under any circumstances.”
It kind of prevented any rival clubs from dealing with each other much like real life.
Doesn’t so much seem to be the case in England anymore as clubs now seem willing to sell to each other no matter their rivalry.
The only dealings Celtic and Rangers would do in real life would be the odd youth player and low key staff.
Still happens with certain clubs. However the players I bought were transfer listed - slightly different story I guess
