Have you thought about laying down 2 threads with a small gap between them, them gluing the hair on both threads at the same time and then cutting it down the middle? It seems like you can produce twice as many lashes while reducing the amount of waste.
That was the first thing that came to my mind, and I thought she was going that route🥰...happy to see someone else also thought about it; however the cutting woul have to be strategic like trimming with up down movements for nice finish.
Not bad with much practice u can get the glue to be a bit less but it's a brilliant idea

It's just a bit much glue but they still came out good I just don't have the time or patience lol I'd rather go buy them but it ever in a situation where I can't buy them then I'd prob give this a try, good work you are very patient and talented!

I ordered some clusters that are just too long for me. Glue on a thread laid across, above the bottom band may allow me to create a new bottom edge, shortening them, but retaining the taper and shape on the top of the lashes. Thanks for sharing!
