I eat cereal maybe 5x a week and I’ll be 36 next month lol! So, you are in good company! Lucky charms are GF!! That’s my fave junky cereal. Also the apple cinnamon Chex are delicious. I was just diagnosed with celiac last month. It’s been an interesting transition. The social aspect sucks!!
Glad I’m not alone with cereal eating 😄 (I actually eat is less often often now, but still bust it out once in a while) The transition to living gluten-free is hard, and yes the social aspect can suck, but you will get the hang of it, and it will get better!
lucky charms are gluten free and fruity peebles but here is the thing they are poison no cereal is good for you it has nothing in it but sugar thats all u eating is sugar and artificial flavor rea; bad so all u doing is killing something else in your body like heart disease and diabetes no cereal is good
I went off cerial and bread n milk until things cleared up. Then i added back bran flakes and boy it knocked me out. No more cerial atm. Still experimenting with oats. But going more fish and veg now
Hahahah! I would love to eat cereal every day. Sadly my cereal choices are limited here ( I am in Europe and gluten free is in some respects still somewhat limited here and super crazy expensive) But I do eat Gluten Free Müsli (which is mostly oats and seeds) I'm not mad about it though. It's yummy😋
I would be thrilled if I found out I had celiac disease. I'm feeling so poorly I'm losing my will to live. My short term memory is worsening. My doctors say I'm fine. Stress. I look incredible as I'm an athlete. My muscles are becoming stiff and I'm losing my quick twitch movement. My doctor says it's age related. Last April I began eating 500 extra calories every day and I haven't gained any weight. I've always had to strictly watch what I eat. I can eat whatever I want now. I don't have any of the classic symptoms of CD. I'm waking up at midnight and every morning with a headache. This is new. I've been eating GF for 2ish weeks and I think I'm feeling better. I'm not impressed with the results. I don't know how long I should try eating GF. All my blood work came back normal. Is gluten intolerance a special blood test?
@@MrAbi123 I have almost complete movement in my back and neck now. No more headaches. It's a miracle! I'm still eating way more than I used to. I'm having more tests done due to chronic diarrhoea. I recently discovered mold behind a wall in my bathroom and I'm busy cleaning it up, so there may be more to my health issues than gluten.
it takes about 3 months on the low side of things for gluten to get out of your system. try eliminating sugar and dairy also as that might help you feel better.
Mine kicked off after i took antibiotic. Antibiotics are made of mold and im wondering is it mold poisoning. Look up wheat belly. They say just dont eat wheat. Probiotics 50billion helped me loadsss
Sorry to hear that Scarlett ☹️ I was also 24 when I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Going gluten-free can be tough, but there are so many great gluten-free foods you can still enjoy 🙌 I would recommend talking to your doctor about gluten intolerance if you haven’t already.
Appreciate you sharing anf you’re not the only adult who eats cereal. It’s sometimes a great way to eat

All ceral is crap. You need to eat no grains at all. All those so called GF products are garbage processed food. Eat whole healthy food.

I'll look into it. Thanks for the tip. My main focus is to get out of this moldy house.

GLUTEN FREE! GLUTEN FREE! GLUTEN FREE!
I didn’t choose the gluten-free life, the gluten-free life chose me.

I eat cereal. It's so convenient.
Thank you for the validation! I’m all about convenience 🙌
