I loved how Henry made those faces and stutters when someone said certain things and Monroe got on his nerve and he'd say, " get out! ".Lol. I had a crush on Jackie and Sara. I loved Murial too! (Born 72') I was born in SF, but raised in L.A. and when ever this show would come on, the intro reminded me of my family in the Mission District of SF. I loved the cast. I had a crush on Deborah V.V. from seeing her on the movie "Warriors". I had a crush on Lydia, well, it's self explanatory, she was just so pretty, but I only had seen her in this part. Jim J. B was like a t.v. version of George Michael, (Wake me up before you Go Go. Ted Knight was like Bill Walsh, head coach from the 49ers. Plus he was a cartoonist as a profession. I wanted to be an artist when I grew up too. Anyways, thank you Lydia for sharing. You were one of the muses that formed my young artistic mind to admire beauty and talent. Right up there with Susan Summers and Linda Carter. Now I am a real San Franciscan Artist (painter) living in the Bay Area (moved back to SF in 2002) and soon turning 49 years of age and reflecting on all the tv shows and experiences that formed my young mind to become a true Californicating Artist. Honestly it sounds like Ted Knight was basically playing himself in the roles he had, like casting/producers people knew him so well and when shooting began on a project they are like ok just be yourself. Because when people talk about him it’s as if they are talking about the characters he is famous for playing. Of course many others have already said it but Lydia looks 🤩 wow!
