These really look nice on the car compared to the 19". I still think the arachnid wheels look better but I like that these look different. I'm really thinking of going with 22" on my plaid but I'm concerned with drivability. Have you tested 22" on the plaid yet?
The spacer will push the wheel further out which gives it a nicer look. They are also used to avoid rubbing, however none of our wheel and tire options will rub on the factory suspension components so they are available to give the wheels a more flush look.

We have not tested a 22" wheel. The ride will be very rough with 22s

I'm not sure how spacers work. Does the spacers push the wheel out some so that it doesn't rub the shock or arms?

is there any benefit in adding the 5mm spacer than just selecting a +30 offset rear wheel?

Factory 21" wheels weigh 32lb in the front and 36lb in the rear, compared to 29.25 lbs and 30.55 lbs with our TSF!
