It was foreshadowing for the inclusion of Jin in DW7. Sima Yi historically was loyal to Wei to his death even if he had disagreements with some later Caos in Cao Cao's family line.
@@muhammadzariff7075 Because he has his hate towards Sima Yi after his father (Cao Zhen) failed against Shu (Zhuge Liang campain invasion) in late three kingdoms, Sima Yi came to aid and took the credits and the same time blame Cao Zhen for his poor leadership that leads to his defeat and he die from shame afterward. After the fall of Shu, Cao Shuang takes this opportunity to get rid the Sima Family and planning to take control young emperor for Wei Dynasty, however Sima Yi took 10 steps ahead and spoils Cao Shuang's scheme which he soon later be slain for his betray.
Even though Sima Yi betrayed Cao Cao; in the last scene, somehow I feel that Sima Yi still hold a high respect for Cao Cao himself. As he had served under Cao Cao for quite long time; the hermit has now become an emperor... Also, I noticed RaNdOmNeSs0121's post; I agreed, he do talk a lot to himself. That could be VERY VERY obviously suspicious..
He played it smart. He knew that Cao Cao/Wei had the best possible chance of winning the war and just bid his time in the back. Once Cao Cao had passed away he easily usurped Wei from the Cao family and won the 3 Kingdoms war with Wei's power and his genius strategies. Guess it goes to show that in reality, being evil will get you far
he is so smart and evil. A mix of good and bad. Perhaps this entails the reality we live in. The world might not be dominated by one single intelligent, but hell the one with the wisest wit will outmatch anyone. Just like how Sima Yi conquered everything in the end.
I like how they made him more morally gray and complex here than in the previous DW, where he is just a cliché totally evil villain. Also, his design and weapons are improved and don't look as effeminate as in DW 5 (where it seems they took Zhuge Lian famous woman dress taunt way too far).
Fairy Tail Genius it’s definitely accurate. Sima Yi is the most evil of them all. No one can top him. U can differentiate a strong or a weak person, but when u look at Sima Yi, u can never ever predict what he is up to, his planning is unsighted.
I liked the Dynasty Warriors 7 plot more because it was more based off history. In actual History he didn't kill Cao Cao, why? Because Cao Cao wasn't the emperor so how will that gain him rule over anything? The emperor was Someone else and Cao Cao was just his right hand man. Cao Cao died from sickness I think. It wasn't till Cao Pi overthrew the emperor and became it himself that there was a Cao as an emperor. Then Sima Zhao killed the next emperor after him, because he was being stupid and n
I don't think so.... Sima yi refer to NWO (elite global) organization a.k.a evil side , But if zhuge liang then Its right to be the mentor of assassin creed because assassin creed sided with justice and right thing!
Kyle Hebert went above and beyond with acting Sima Yi.
He steals the spotlight in every scene he is in.
Yi 17?
There's that bandicoot again

I know this is necroposting, but Sima Yi was loyal more to Cao Cao than to Wei. He did basically same thing with Wei what Cao Cao done with Han.
Oh really? Then why he suddenly killed Cao Shuang eh?
@@muhammadzariff7075 becase he's an incompetent imbecile

Sima Zhao literally gets steroids a year later
Lmfaooooo
You copied this from Joshscorcher’s video when he talks about Jia Chong.
Evil yet loyal to the end...interesting.
jh44574 i think a lot of ppl are like that haha
+jh44574 he is like the best character throughout the whole story.

His Sinister Evil Laughter will never change.
Sima Yi's awesome.
Love when Sima Yi says: ... Indeed..
Its just sooooooooo coooool :D
I love Sima Yi. he just gives off the evil demented feel.
Cao Ren's armor is just ridiculous. How can he just run with so heavy armor that not even fits instead it goes through the armors.
Sima Yi creeped me out in DW6, but I loved him in DW7. Still like him now in DW8. Although I think his outfit in DW7 is better than the new one.
I like sima yis outfit from dw6
One of the main reasons why I used him was because he reminded me of Dark Magician haha.
Indeed , even with his form in Dw9 he similar to Seto from Yu-Gi-Oh but Seto as the vizier of the Pharaoh atem ( Yami Yugi ) era!
The voice actor did a great job.
Has anybody noticed that Sima Yi has the voice of Gohan from DBZ?
Kyle Hebert!
Yes?
Fucking Kyle Hebert at his best voice and DAT LAUGH
hes actually the voice actor of Aizen from bleach
I Love sima yi soooooooo much
I believe that, like most humans, his age changed as he got older
Yes because Sima Zhao would actually say that lol
Actually, Warriors Orochi has shown that Zhang He is NOT gay. He made passes at Oichi, even though she's married...
Which Warriors Orochi? In WO3, he was Dong Zhuo's hostage along with the rest of the women.
Sima Yi the Yandere
The ending was kinda sad though D:
does anyone notice that Sima Yi talks to himself A LOT? I wonder when someone is going to say "Dude, who the hell are you talking to O_O?"
Sima Yi is quite intimidating with those wired gloves....the same said for his wife as well.

Sima Yi didn’t betray Cao Cao though
zhang he is fancy smurf
What kind of weapon does sima yi use?
Jin destroyed the tree kingdoms
He sounds like L from DeathNote.

I miss this vicious sima yi
@animemaster139 agreed! lol btw compare Sima Yi's son Zhao's appearance to Dynasty warriors 7, lotta difference
I love si mayi
lol sima yi...he does so much hand gesturing. XD
Sima Yi, killed Cao Cao, due to greed and power... thats a shame...
LOLOLOL watching the end scene is too funny when you compare it to the sima zhao you know form DW7
hahahah when zhao wasn't a playable character
When zhao is just another npc officer with the same face
it's kingdom not country how come director/producer changed it into country wtf!
wow am like dnasty warior 6 mwhahahahahaha
sima yi is a bad guy cool
*not taking care of the people. Either way I like the Sima-clan -waves a teal flag- ' v ' (p.s Zhao looks like such a noob here lulz.)
