200 pounds of meat (human and dog), 5 gallons of gas, battery and trolling motor, 20 pounds of useless crap, in the rain into the wind, running on 3-4 feet of hull. 20hp mercury 4 stroke.11p 3 blade prop, no foil and i'm over revving.
