I think these fears should be represented in the game the way people with these fears see them in real life. A good example of this is the mannequin fear, having a mix between real mannequins and fake mannequins. The last one with the long name also gets the idea. The worst thing you can do is fear of trees the way it was done, because people with a fear of trees don't see just "trees". That should be represented for each fear to better immerse yourself, and just make the game more fun and less predictable.
I feel like this game could’ve been better if they didn’t add monsters to each level. Like the fear of being watched could’ve just shown an eerie figure watching you through some sort of house.
